The gentleman was nice. He cleaned the vents and even showcased us. Was nice friendly. The vents were squeaky clean and replaced the filter all in a timely manner. He was professional and I asked questions about my ducts and AC and he answered all the questions I had for him.
Had them out for a simple dryer vent cleaning. While the technician was friendly and did a good job, the pricing was pretty outrageous. I would not have agreed to spend over $500 for a basic dryer vent cleaning if I had been aware of the pricing before the service began. Be aware that they charge per foot if you happen to live in any sort of multi-unit building in DC and that the price will significantly outweigh the quoted amount. Response: The appointment was scheduled for multiple units in the building and the price was not explained to me beforehand. I just received the initial flat estimate. I'd encourage folks to look elsewhere for this service for businesses that charge a set fee.

Can't recommend Air Duct Cleaning enough! The team of Ben and Steve helped to perform a much needed maintenance check and duct/vent cleaning. The system was in desperate need. Ben was diligent, detailed and explained how the system worked.
I'm so glad I found this place! It was a great experience right from the beginning. The person who answered the phone scheduled me right away and was very kind when I called back to make some changes. Then there was Ben! He was so fantastic. He gave me tons of information about things I needed to address, he took care of all the issues he found, and he did it so quickly. I especially appreciated the crazy videos of the dryer vent cleaning - now I know to do that more often. Thank you Ben!
Sorry, Google. I don’t like giving poor reviews, but this company was a nightmare at so many levels. A man came in to clean my dryer duct and told me that I needed a deep cleaning instead of a regular cleaning. So I grudgingly paid the $320 for it. Then he damaged the tube connecting my dryer with the outdoor vent, told me and denied doing the damage (my word against his). The manager refused to replace it. In addition to them damaging my tube, theydid not return my washer/dryer unit to its former position and I couldn’t close the closet door. They still haven’t fixed it, after mashing the carpet up behind the unit. These guys are a nightmare. They finally returned to replace the damaged tube and then refused to move the washer/dryer back into the correct position. The second guy was a drama queen and left in a huff when he couldn’t move the washer/dryer into place. I will never use them again, obvs, and have told my condo management company to never recommend them for our building or any other they manage.

The tech's name is Ben. From the moment he came to the house to assess the situation, he was all about honesty and educating me about the process of how duct systems get dusty to building on top of dust, then mold and to the extreme possibilities. I feel like as a home owner i've learned a lot. Ben was further very professional and a super hard worker in cleaning the duct system throughout the huge house which is no small job. I was very satisfied in his showing me before and after pics but also showing me the process at work as it went to super clean on top of getting a treatment. Overall, i've very happy with everything and would recommend this young man to anyone and will do so to my family and friends. Thank you for the great job! Sol
