Had a small issue called Sunday afternoon and was there first thing Monday morning
Ryan was reassuring and truthful when coming to check out our AC to see if it was the problem with water under the carpet

I've spent my entire adult life in the car business, and the anxiety many feel about car buying is the anxiety I feel about making the right choices when it comes to HVAC and other home improvements. Triton is transparent, knowledgeable, and singularly focused on providing you with everything you need and nothing you don't. They don't have a huge sales force whose job description is literally to increase the top line of what the consumer buys and pays for. That matters so much. Every employee is an expert, Every step is explained to the level you want or need. And they "paint the back of the fence," meaning they sweat the little details of the install, making sure you're covered for whatever might happen. If you're like me, and don't want to be dogged by the worry that you could be getting a better value, and absolutely frozen by trying to make heads or tails of the alphabet soup of heating and cooling firms in your area? Make it simple and just call these folks.

Kyle and Dylan were great! On time, quick to get to work and to complete the job! Everything that we were told would be done, was done and it looks great! The price for the ac unit alone, was priced very well! We will definitely be using them again in the future!
Triton Service is the way to go! Starting with Michelle, the owners wife, she recommended the business from a FB post and she was very genuine from the start. I called and made an appointment for the company to come out and give an estimate, Wade (the owner) came out and took a look and was very honest in telling me what was needed and what we could do without for the time being. He didn’t tack on anything unnecessary and he showed me pictures of what I would be getting and what the outcome would look like. The day of installation the service guys Teddy, Dylan, Tyler and another gentleman I can’t remember the name of, worked their magic and were quick & efficient. Before concluding their day, they showed us how to work the thermostat and ensured we knew what we were doing, the house even started to cool down before they left, and they went about their day. We have no complaints so far! I would recommend to anyone searching! Thanks Team Triton!
Wade and his crew at Triton Services did an incredible job of replacing and relocating our two dual-zone 28 year old Rheem AC units. First of all, my wife and I are seniors on a budget, and we originally planned to replace one unit at a time due the additional cost of replacing both units simultaneously. However, Wade informed us of pending industry changes to refrigerant standards in 2024 that would leave us with two AC units using differing refrigerants and would impact installation practices and ultimately the cost if we chose to wait to replace the second unit in 2024. Wade's insight of the industry changes helped us decide to replace both units at the same time. A few other things that helped us choose Triton Services were: When I started calling around for estimates, his office manager, a pleasant young lady, answered the phone and promptly set up an appointment for the estimate on the next day. Other companies I called went to a voice mailbox. Also, I only wanted to replace my existing Rheem scroll compressor units with new Rheem scroll compressor units. I believe Rheem is the only manufacturer to use scroll compressors which are extremely durable and long-lasting. These units lasted 28 years which is unheard of for major appliances these days. Given the extent of relocating and installing the new units, I found that the price Triton offered was exceptionally fair! Also, Wade's crew were a respectable and friendly bunch of guys that showed up on time every day and we felt comfortable with them being in our home! These guys and Wade himself went over and above with any additional tasks I requested during the install and Triton's communications regarding appointment times and related information were excellent! One last thing, I called Wade about a slightly different sound I heard coming from one of the units while running a short while after the install and he came out the next day to check it out. We needed a quick repair (our shower wouldn't turn off). Triton was able to send a technician, Ryan out quickly (within 3 hours). He did the job and quickly and professionally.

Wade was extremely knowledgeable and thorough with both his diagnosis/repair of my system as well as his explanation and patience with my interpretation and understanding of both. I would definitely recommend!!
Very informative and friendly. Explained everything and what options are available if we need a unit replaced.
Today Ryan installed a new water heater in my basement. He's done other jobs for me including fixing a broken pipe in my basement and putting a whole new sump pump and cleaning out tons of mud in my French drain and putting a pipe that drains outside. He's extremely professional, definitely knows his stuff and he explains it to you so that it's easy to understand but it's not condescending. I really appreciate the fact that I found a plumber that I trust because I'm handicapped and I can't walk down the stairs to go into my basement to see what the problem is so Ryan takes pictures and explains it to me and I definitely trust him.
Kyle and his assistant arrived within the agreed upon time frame and for right to work. Both men were pleasant and Kyle explained everything that they were going to do. When finished he reviewed everything before leaving. Great job!

I was pleased with the service that Kyle provided. Resolved my problem quickly. I told him it was wonderful having a honest repairman. I will schedule an appointment for next around the same time to have you look at my A/C for preventative maintenance.
