Let me tell you, no one knows hvac like I do. I love hvac. All american heating is the best hvac. They ask me, Farmaha, how do you know so much about hvac. I tell them, I learned everything from all American Heating hvac. The other hvac companies hire illegal immigrants. All american heating and ac is 100% american owned. They have the best hvac. People tell me, Farmaha, all american heating has the best hvac, it's true. I tried hvac from other places and I can tell you, no one does hvac quite like them. If I opened a hvac company in wolcott area, it would fail, because everyone knows all american heating and ac has the best hvac.
From buying a brand new house, to the transfer of the warranty, this company has stuck by us and always done the right thing. I would recommend them to anyone.
They don’t returns calls. Installed our system and then said they were too busy to do yearly service on it. They make more on new installs so they’re no longer servicing loyal clients. Really disappointed
We had air conditioning installed when we purchased and remodeled our home here in Wolcott. The work was fantastic, the installer was the best, the overall experience was superb. Fast, and works wonderful and would recommend this business and have to many who used them & just as pleased. Thank you..
Overall, this company just does a poor quality of work. There are much better options.
I am not one to post negative reviews, but I am hoping we can help someone else not use this company. We purchased a home this year and the home had a new boiler from All American Heating and AC. Since we moved into the house the boiler has not been working correctly. We called All American to come service it since it is still new. They refused to service their work and product because they said it was too far. It is not too far to install new product, but too far to stand behind their work. Awful service and beware the quality of their work and products. Run far away from this company.
I was having an issue with my heating system. I called All American Heating and Air Conditioning and they had someone come out to my home within the hour. The service technician, Viloune, was extremely knowledgeable, thorough, professional, congenial, and a pleasure to deal with. The issue turned out to be a bit more complicated to resolve but Viloune was persistent and determined to get to the bottom of the issue. He resolved all of my issues and my heating system was working perfectly when he left. Do I recommend All American - absolutely!

Fantastic customer experience. Our AC went down in a heat wave. While other companies were too busy to even call back, All American was here and had us up and running the next day! The guys were great and the office was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommended!

If I could give these people zero stars I would. They are dishonest & crooks. Make sure that you get EVERYTHING in writing before you have them do any work. When you call them on the carpet for their baloney they just get very nasty. They even demand a credit card number BEFORE they even step foot in your home, so if you have any dispute about their work or bill you don't have a leg to stand on because they all ready have your credit card. Additionally, I had been told by one of their technicians that they are encouraged to "break stuff" when on a call. He was quiting because of this. Good luck if you want to use them. Bad news.
