We recently purchased a new AC system from these guys. What a mistake! The system is not working properly one month after install. When I called emergency customer service, we were told we would have to wait 3 days in a heat wave. Very long wait times on phone (over 1 hr for two calls). My wife has respiratory issues and waiting 3 days is unacceptable! Absolutely TERRIBLE service and we're so regretful for this purchase. If you're looking for quality and good service, then stay away from Harp! Typical service model, they were so prompt with the sale, and terrible with support. Poorly managed - let the buyer beware. Project # 140051690. Install date 5/27/23. Update 7/8/23 It's day 3 with our new defective AC system installed by Harp. The repair appt was scheduled for today between 10 am-2pm. Guess what happened? The tech never showed up! My wife called Harp and they said the tech won't be out to our house until later today. They didn't even call to let us know the delay. Terrible service confirmed folks. Stay away from the people. What a nightmare!
These days I’m used to poor service so when I get great service I’m blown away. Everything about this company far exceeds expectations. It’s easy to book an appointment, they keep me well-informed about my upcoming visit, and Lenny, the serviceman was punctual, polite and knowledgeable. I recommend Harp to anybody who needs A/C work.
repeatedly canceled/rescheduled appointments. Did not arrive for the appointment within the window scheduled. Technician was unable to provide service due to physical inability to climb a ladder to access the equipment to be serviced - attic where air handler is typically located and dispatcher was informed when scheduling. The firm did not meet its commitments as advertised on its website - no same day service, no 24/7 service, in fact no service was rendered. When trying to reschedule a tech to provide service, the dispatcher and tech manager were unresponsive. A disaster of an experience and no service provided.
Adrian and Didier were wonderful. It was an extremely hot day but they didn't seem to be affected by the heat. They worked steadily and efficiently getting our ac unit installed in a timely manner. They were respectful, professional and friendly. They answered all of our questions and were thorough in explaining everything about our unit. If HARP has employee awards or recognition awards, please consider giving these two the recognition they deserve.
The techs that came out were very friendly, but the quote harp gave me for a new central air unit seems a little unrealistic. Definitely shopping elsewhere!
My Elderly parents called for service on their ac system. They did not show up. When I called on their behalf I was told they were called to reschedule. This did not happen. There was no call, the customer service against said we don't archive those calls. I would suggest never using this service
My initial experience with HARP and the staff I worked with was wonderful! However, the recent maintenance AC Service Technician (Doug R.) that came to my home to service my AC unit was the rudest and most disrespectful staff member that I encountered at HARP. I was horribly disappointed in how I was treated by him. What an embarrassment to the company!!
Had my central air replaced, Miguel was on time and very knowledgeable. He answered my questions and kept me informed as he worked.
Saturday morning, 4th of July weekend! Now, try to find a plumber to fix the condensate drain line that broke in the attic and threatens to bring down the ceiling on the expensive washer/dryer below and inundate the clean carpet. Enter Eric Crespo, who was dispatched by HARP on an hour notice! He called ahead, arrived at the beginning of the time-window given, his van was clearly marked, he wore a clean uniform and clearly communicated the plan for the visit. The repair was performed to my complete satisfaction, and Eric addressed other questions and concerns I had - including future preventative services. Thank you Eric and HARP for being there when others were not!
Brandon was knowledgeable, courteous, friendly and professional. He was on time and knew exactly what was wrong with our AC unit right away. Job well done, Brandon!! Definitely would recommend!

From Technicians to salesperson, real and honest service. Everyone concerned were able to answer questions and kept us informed as the installation progressed. I was impressed with how they worked in concert with each other. Each knowing that their part of the job was equally as important as the other.
Yelp's, 110 reviews tell their story! We contacted Harp, based on a $99. A/C tune up offer. Immediately after I told the sales team that my unit was only three years old, they gave me a runaround with the appointment. I'm glad... after reading over 50 reviews, I consider myself very lucky. Who's responsible for regulating these companies?
Harp did a great job installing our split AC system. They were very clear about project timelines and project limitations and communicated clearly throughout. We were very happy with the work and the results.
My technician- Courtney was respect and courteous. He was able to quickly solve my condenser issue and explained everything in simple terms along the way
When i called to have a tankless water heater installed they were so quick and installed within a week. It has now been over two years of trying to have it serviced and the appointments continue to be pushed back and cancelled due to “an error with our online booking system”. Customer service could care less about it and wouldn’t help to get me a new appointment sooner. Said next one is now February of 2024. Get ready for this if you purchase anything with harp and try to have it serviced…
Their website says they are open and their website gives a confirmation that my appointment is today from 2pm to 6pm for a blocked main drain. At 4pm, I get an automated non-monitored text that it will be in three days. I could have been using this time to find another more professional business. In the meantime, I'll pass on this one.
I won’t ever call these people again $529 for a diagnosis..? Why isn’t that mentioned on the website..? Ohh that’s right if you rob people for $500 to show up then Tell them by the you owe $500 for me to walk around and call someone to help me figure out the issue . You got me and my family for $500 enjoy it ..!! It’s really sad . Do better..!!
Zach and John where fantastic! They quickly identified the issue, fixed the problem and explained what happened. They were very personable and professional through out the process. I'll be doing more business with this company because of the people they hired.
My overall experience was amazing. The technician Courtney was very knowledgeable and very professional. He made this experience great especially with me being a new homeowner. He gave recommendations and opinions which I appreciated so much. He took care of my system like it was his own. He was so meticulous and comfortable working in the area and accommodating to our needs and request. I would love to have him back for our routine maintenance.
