Propane wall heater issue in my separate laundry room over this last weekend took a bit more to resolve. It was much colder than it has been in years. I did add additional insulation in anticipation. In any event, after numerous attempts to restart the pilot failed, one tech checked it. I'll leave it there b/c there are too many excellent people at Santa, one of whom is Xavier. He came out Monday am, quickly diagnosed what part was needed-a thermocoupler and was able to obtain it. He returned w/ it in hand the following day and had it quickly repaired. Many thanks to a great guy.
Excellent service. All of the people that work at Servco that I came in contact with are true professionals, efficient, well trained, competent and truly care about doing a good job. I could not be happier. Previous to doing business with Servco, I hired people from smaller companies. Last "technician" that came to my house from that "other" company told me my boiler was damaged, after charging me $500 to "fix"it. It's been close to a year and the boiler never worked so good. Last maintenance the technician left the boiler running so smooth and was so clean that it looked like new. You just can't go wrong with Servco

We bought a house in Westport a couple of years back, and the engineer who looked it over for us first recommended Servco. I'm so glad he did! Servco has been outstanding from the very start. When anything goes wrong, their response is immediate: they come over in storms; they show up at night; and they always get the job done quickly, efficiently, and, of course, professionally. They're just as good on the day-to-day stuff (keeping the household oil topped up and so forth). And added to that, everyone in the company I've ever had dealings with has been friendly. A+ all around!
Our family moved to Wilton in 1984, and Servco has been our first and forever fuel company. I live in an old stone farm house with a shallow basement built on granite shelf, below soil level. The basement has always been prone to flooding, so I had one and then 2 sump pumps installed, which have done a good job of keeping water out. Then the last tropical storm hit, and the ground was so saturated that they couldn’t keep up with it; water was just coming back in right through the pumps! It knocked out the pilot box of the old propane hot water heater. It would have cost nearly as much as to replace the heater. However, it was really hard to find a kind of replacement heater that could get a pilot far enough off the floor to prevent a recurrence. I was without hot water for a week and a half. It felt like my old camping days! The whole Servco staff took care of me. Donna calmed me down and was so kind on the phone. Mike Buono came to my house and went over possibilities with me, and after that, he stayed on top of what was happening every day. He’s the best representative you have for us older residents! It was so wonderful, during the hardest time, knowing that the Servco staff were there for me and doing their best to help me every day. A special shout-out to Vinny, who came up with the idea of an indirect system to the oil furnace! That’s what we eventually went with. You guys got on it right away and had one delivered the day after the decision. Andy came over the same morning and worked most of the day getting it installed and up and running by the end of the afternoon. I then had my first warm shower and ran the dishwasher for the first time in something like 12 days, and I’m here to tell you I will never take hot water for granted again! You guys got me through that miserable time with so much professionalism, attention, and kindness, I feel as though Servco is part of not just my Wilton community, but of my Wilton family! I haven’t ever had better
Easy to setup appointments. I had a propane furnace installed for heating this winter. Installation was done on time and as promised. the 'crew' cleaned up after themselves. I would use them again, if needed (though I hope this furnace lasts me at least 20 odd years

So, I have to share my experience. We just had Servco install a minisplit system in our home. The men who did the install were very professional, and overall did a great job. They were punctual, respectful, just great people. Management was also great to work with. Now, here's the kicker. Unfortunately, one of our units for the house ended up being insufficient to cool the area it was designed for. This is unfortunately, and was a design mistake. However, the reason I so strongly recommend using Servco is because despite the fact that this was a ~$6,000 mistake, they remedied the problem very quickly and professionally with no pushback and replaced the unit with a bigger one. It is so rare in this day and age to actually find a company that stands by their work and goes out of their way to correct a mistake that I would 100% recommend them to everyone. Every company makes mistakes sometimes, and I do not hold this against them - but very few of them actually fix them.
