Company put in a poor quality boiler for well over 10,000$. Tech has been out multiple times for poor installation resulting in leaks as well as failing parts in the boiler itself. Customer service manager is extremely rude and argumentative and did anything he could to escalate the situation instead of reassuring the customer that the issue would be resolved. He wanted to nitpick the price that was paid because I didnt have a copy of the check infront of me for the exact amount so he claimed I didnt know what I was talking about. He kept going back to the same thing to get me angry when at the end of the day I am trying to get hot water for my elderly mother. They install subpar equipment and dont stand behind anything. Manager lied about the amount of calls and techs that had been out to service the boiler as well. It is unacceptable to treat people like this that gave you thousands of dollars for a product and quality installation. Once again no hot water thanks to Corbett Hvac Services LLC! My 15 year old boiler worked better than the trash they installed.
We just had Paul and Frank install a new Central Air unit in Wethersfield. Our attic was so small, they were able to maneuver the unit into the tightest of locations. They are hard workers and professionals. I definitely recommend this company 1000 percent!
Great customer service, put in a new boiler/ furnace. Not badly priced. I tell friends/family if they need a HVAC service got to Corbett!! I give them a definite 10/10

I highly recommend Corbett they right out on a emergency call the owner called me right back and told me he wasn't taking any new customers but once I told him we had a 6 month baby in the house he sent someone right out I am planning on using them again and again I give them 10 stars job well done thank you
Techs seemed knowledgeable and polite. Came out quick, but expensive. Communication was poor with company. And owner was poor communicator as well, kept mixing up details and saying "you said this", and only when I offered to show the receipts he calmed down. Says he doesn't want me as a customer anymore after i paid him 900 bucks to unclog a line and getting my boiler started. Make sure you're nice to them or they won't do business with you

Needed burner service my oil co told me end of April. Read there review and gave them a call. To my surprise a prerson actually picked up, and she was so amazing dealing with. She said they could be there today. WOW!!!!!! I work 13 hr night shifts and needed some sleep so she found a time that was good. Got up at 130 for 2 o’clock appointment, and the poor guy was already in my drive. I forgot his name but he was awesome that’s actually not enough but you get the point. Done fixed in a hrs! Was clean, polite and a professional. Will by all means will have them again it’s nice to know such service is just a phon call away

Never recommend this company. After my furnace died this company came out. After 2 days they managed to get my furnace running. Cost of 957.15. When the entire house started to smell like sulfur 2 days later we were forced to shut the furnace back down. Corvette refused to come back out and look. Turns out, the fire box was disintegrated and we came close to burning the house down. All the parts that they put in have to be replaced. New company that came out cant even use them. The only thing that actually works is the thermostat that I bought myself. I strongly suggest you look elsewhere. Jess
