Our heating system broke down in the beginning of winter. Mull Bros. Inc. was the only company that could install a new heating system before January. This company has great customer service and attention to detail. Thank you Mull Bros. Inc!

We love Tom and his team. He took the time to listen to us about a problem with our outdoor oil tank freezing that costs us 1000s every year and proposed a fix. The fix was very affordable and so far (fingers crossed) seems to have fixed the problem. His team also installed a new AC unit on the hottest day of the year and we didn’t hear them complain once. One thing that makes them stand out is that they care about their employees and their employees show up and do great work. You don’t see that a lot these days and seeing that with Mull Brothers is refreshing.
We are very pleased with Mull Bros. Oil Company. Thanks to Tom and his service technicians for their excellent work last summer installing a new 275 gallon oil tank in our basement, and removing the old one. Also, they completed the annual furnace tune-up, and we have an oil delivery plan as well. The furnace and tank run great! Thanks, again.
Called Mull Bros late on a Monday afternoon about my Boiler leaking. Carlos & Chris were at my house by 8:45AM the next day. They assessed the problem expertly within 10 seconds, replacement/repair done within half an hour. Superb!
I highly recommend Mull Bros to anyone in need of HVAC services. They replaced my air conditioner a few years ago and my furnace a few weeks ago. Tom Mull is one of the nicest and most professional people you will ever deal with and his crew was great. In addition, their prices are fair and reasonable. No hard sell, just good old fashioned service!

I asked to get a quote on something minor in regards to my oil tank and I got a timely response. Tom Mull (I believe that's his name) kindly informed me that they don't do that small of a service for someone as far as I am. I was surprised as the level of professionalism from just that one phone call. I appreciate the call and the service. Even though I don't use them for my heating needs I will definitely recommend this company to anyone with heating needs. Thank you, Tom! I hope you all stay safe and healthy.
I've been doing business with this company for a few years and I am very happy with them. They are all friendly and responsive to our boiler needs. Their prices are very competitive to other local companies and their plans are good also. I haven't ran out of oil with their automatic delivery service either. You should give this company a shot.

From the moment I spoke with the receptionist to the time our technician left our house I was blown away by the customer service. Our technician came in and was laughing with my two boys and even let them have a toy lizard that he was showing them from his truck. I never post reviews of companies but I felt I had to acknowledge their outstanding customer service!!!
Wow, furnace stopped working yesterday (sunday) morning, called Mull Bros and a tech answered and said he could be there in an hour, Kevin arrived and fixed the problem in minutes, I was amazed because I thought my furnace was in need of serious work, it was not. Kevin is amazing. Rich
Mull Brothers has been providing my home with oil and furnace maintenance since 2011. Never having oil before, I could not have chosen a better company. Their service goes far beyond delivery as their customer service is unmatchable. In this day and age, where big business is the norm and customers are just a number, Mull Brothers go back to the day where the customer is not only number one but each and every customer is known by name and cared for (the way I remember as a child). As a single mother, I am budget conscience and not only did they put me on a great monthly plan but always took care of me even in tight times. From the men who come out to the home to the women in the office, everyone is amazingly friendly, kind, and cares about each customer as a person. They've been helpful far beyond what one would expect and help is available 24/7 in an emergency. I cannot say enough about this family owned business and every worker. Each person at Mull Brothers goes above and beyond for customers. It is hard to find businesses which operate in such a kind and caring manner these days. I only have extremely positive statements to make about everyone involved in the Mull Brothers company. You cannot go wrong in becoming a customer of Mull Brothers Inc!
