They answer the phone pretty quickly, no long holds. When needed technicians are dispatched quickly and they are knowledgeable. They are able to do the complete job, no need to coordinate with a separate company when doing an installation, and they do quality work. I've used Gault for over 30 years.

Steve came right after we called. Steve reviewed our problem list that required 7+ visits and figured out the problem right away. Unfortunately it lies with the original (Gault) instillation of our boiler 2+ years ago. The chimney attachment should have been different and without the exit port for the specific boiler we installed. It may require a retrofit ultimately. He did some taping to see if it improves. so we'll see......?!

I bought a new furnace and AC unit in my condo in March. Installation went very well. Guys were very polite and neat. Two months later, when it was warmer and appropriate for techs to come back and test the AC compressor, it was a different story. The guys parked in another resident's assigned parking space, even though I told them to please park in a visitor space. They never introduced themselves, so I have no idea of their names. When they were done, they left the light on in my boiler room and the door between that room and my garage ajar (it's always kept closed). I had high hopes after the smooth installation, but the followup team was disappointing.

Cleaning went well but wanted filter name and size written down. Did not receive. Asked for water heater replacement more than double the cost of others. I will say the work is done well, but the personal follow up is lacking and I would definitely get quotes. Lastly programs I signed up with earlier in the year with a quantity of oil I would use and now I get a message saying I am almost surpassing that amount and I need to re-sign up for another program??? Spoke with Clay and I have gotten the name and size of the filters, and we discussed the pricing of water heaters and new oil pricing due to the follow up I am increasing my rating.

Brian Curry is by far the most professional, knowledgeable and reliable service tech I have ever come across. I have a high performance boiler which requires patience as well as technical accuracy and skill - the boiler never ran so well until Brian got it “dialed in”. In addition, Brian is extremely organized , courteous and leaves the utility room spotless. Last of all - hours after the service Brian took the time to reach out and confirm everything was running properly - a true professional.

Technician came over to our home and did an inspection on our gas tanks to make sure there are no leaks, since we have switched over to them. We are looking forward for having Gault deliver us propane gas. They are very professional and kind no matter whom you speak to. the technician didn't know what he was doing. Spent half an hour just to figure out the information I told him. In the end, they told me that they can't help. Then the company charges me overtime.

We had no heat and Gault arranged for same day service call. Service person (Rob) was very nice and thorough. He replaced regulators at house and propane tank. He also restarted hot water heater, which I hadn’t realized was also off. With a deep freeze coming, I am very thankful this situation was resolved so quickly.
