Did you pay the bill for the cops to attend when absolutely no one was breaking the law. Did you get educated? Do you understand people are allowed to film in public on public property? It is ridiculous that you called the cops. The last time you were at disney land filming in public did you get the permission of everyone in the background of those picas. Common sense. Youtube stars is what you are now.
Moved to the area and started using them. Every interaction on the phone is wonderful, very polite and helpful. The deliveries are always on time and when they say they're going to be. Will use them for years to come.

I can not say thank you enough to West Side Oil. I have had to call them 2 times now for an emergency. the 1st time being that my furnace turned off and would don't turn back on. They came right out and fixed it. the 2nd I ran out of oil I called and ordered oil they were at my house in less then 30 minuets. I have become a life long customer. Everyone I have spoken to is more then professional, and caring about my issues. They don't rush or do a sloppy job. More importantly they do the job right the 1st time.
West Side Oil was prompt and professional in answering all of our questions about our new heat pump system. The crew worked quickly and efficiently to get the installation done. It works great and we were very impressed with the entire process.

Same day emergency service the day before Thanksgiving! Need I say more? They were friendly, communicative, professional and reasonably priced. I am very thankful! No other company was willing to come out until a week from today. Heat and hot water are essential services in the winter. West Side Oil understands this. They are now my go to oil company. West Side Oil has been my family's "go to" over the past few years for HVAC system work and delivery of home heating oil. After a recent heating system repair became more involved than initially planned, their team quickly addressed multiple issues while their owner reached out to discuss our concerns and answer questions along the way. As always, great service and professionalism.

The employees are truly amazing - friendly, personable, professional, knowledgeable and so customer service oriented. The techs actually take the time to provide explanation of what is done. We had a new furnace and ac installed by Westside back in December, they helped us every step of the way while we decided what was the best option for us! Since our install we’ve had a couple questions due to our lack of knowledge with these systems and they have been so helpful! They stopped over our house today to run through a couple questions with us and they knowledgeable and professional. Look no further when you need a furnace or ac for your home!
Rich Chapman( owner) reached out to me on a day off and helped me fix the problem immediately. Was so kind and super smart. I thought it was a wifi problem with my nest thermostat, but I found out it wasnt. He is so kind and the best service I have ever had....will use West Side forever now ! 10 stars +
Had a plumbing emergency . Made a call Jay was there in no time. Thirty minutes later problem solved. Very happy with service. Will use again .
Found them to be helpful and are knowledgeable. They do thorough work. I have used them for simple and more conplex work. Also able to explain what they are doing and why.
I recently had my boiler and oil tank replaced by west side oil. They were very fair with the pricing, didn’t try to upsell me, and professional. Rachel was very helpful and answered all my questions. John and his crew did an awesome job with the installation of the boiler and oil tank. West side oil will be the company I use going forward for all my heating and air conditioning needs. I highly would recommend them to anyone that needs heating and cooling work done.

Our Water heater broke and three inches of water in the basement. No Hot water for a few days is no fun . Rich from West Side came fast and gave a very good quote. Best of all he didn't try to upsell me like all the others and would actually save me 5k form all the other estimates of a new system. They were quick professional, clean and very nice. Had a situation in which I forgot to check my oil and found it at 1/8th full. Called West Side after hours and they immediately put me in as a priority refill during a snowstorm, no questions ask. They seem like really good people and I would highly recommend.
We had an old Oil tank that needed replacement in a house that was going to be sold in 4 days. Rachel handled every aspect of the transaction in a timely manner leading to a successful transaction. Al came out the next day for an estimate and a crew was in the very next day to install a new double walled tank - they did this on a second shift finishing it at 10 PM. No other company could have accomplished this so efficiently.
