Andrew provided professional, courteous and high quality service for our A/C unit.
We been using Xtreme Temp for about 2 years, they’ve been to our house for a service call and multiple times for yearly services on the central air and heating system. Their service and professionalism are top notch, from the moment you call them, their office staff are polite and knowledgeable, they have always made it to their scheduled two hour window on time or even better, called to ask if they can come by earlier. When the technicians have arrived they’ve been super courteous, and of course they know what they’re doing when it comes to HVAC, quickly diagnosing our problem and fixing it. I’ve recommended them to friends and they’ve also been happy with their service.

Mr. Dylan took care of all my exhausting queries. He was extremely personable, and product knowledgeable. Mr. Dylan Martin exceeded my customer expectation. This is the first time that I’m utilizing X-Treme Temp. I must admit this is the greatest experience I have ever had while having the HVAC unit serviced. Mr. Martin is the epitome of the accessible Technician, utilizing skills, consistency, and being extremely observant to my lack of knowledge and needs. He provided judicious and beneficial advice regarding the thermostats and the servicing of the system that would be beneficial to maintenance through an agreement or a contract. He was extremely considerate, dutiful, and courteous and listened to all my concerns with a great deal of patience. I am tremendously appreciative that he explained everything to me in a considerate, respectful approach and exhibited true expertise. Please accept my gratitude towards him and your customer care staff for their efficient services. I got a quote for a central air compressor replacement from this company. I did some shopping around and got quotes from other companies as well. Xtreme is the perfect way to describe their price. I had a quote from another company for the same work for almost half the cost.
Excellent experience with X-treme. Referred by Incredible oil because the tank filler whistle wasn't sounding when oil was delivered. They got here fixed the problem in less than 15 minutes. I was given an 11am to 1pm arrival window, They arrived at 11am. Very friendly 2 gentlemen Andrew was up front and polite a pleasure to deal with him. I would definitely call on them again.

Profecional and responsible services
Slight leak from my pressure valve. With Diagnostic ($125) I was quoted $950. The two parts total were online (Valve and Pressure tank) $80 at various locations. When I questioned the price I was immediately offered two service plans in attempt to give me a 20% or 40% discount. Each plan was $250 or $350 ish. Seemed like a scam. I called the office and was told that the $950 was to include parts, labor (15 min) and a warrantee. $700 for labor and a warranted if 2 parts with $80 is trash. Look somewhere else. Yearly cleaning also went up over $100 from prior year. They at that time told me it was due to gas prices. They over charge to sell you service plans. Rip off! Btw, I didn’t pay it for anything except the $125 and had the tech leave. I’ll pay someone to do the work for a fair price.

The service was great, the tech (Andrew ) that worked on our furnace was knowledgeable and walked us through the maintenance procedures he did. We are totally satisfied and recommend Extreme to our family and friends

Always quick and courteous service at a fair price. A couple years back my elderly Mom had a malfunction in her AC unit on a brutally hot day. It required Larry to go into the attic where the temperature was incredibly hot. And he came when everybody else was done with their workday. And then he charged me some minimum service cost to boot. Reasonable and reliable service every time.
