Cheap prices for oil. However, they did a "free" service on my oil furnace and broke it. My furnace worked fine before they did a tune up on it, in the end I had to replace my whole oil furnace and that cost me $12k.

Buyer beware--we just moved to the area and kept with the oil company the previous homeowner had. We were having no problem with our system but wanted to do our due diligence by scheduling a tune up. When the tech left, we had a had a brand new leak. So we had another tech come out and look at it. When he left, the leak was 10X worse and was now filling a bucket a day. They sent us a bill for parts and labor for a problem that mysteriously started and got much worse each time they came out. When I called the company to inquire, I requested that they not come back to our property until I decided how I wanted to move forward. The next business day I had a bill on my mailbox for $1500 (much higher than any previous oil bill from them). When I called, upset that I had told them not to come on my property, and they had come out and charged our card anyway, I was told they could not reverse the charge and that there was no manager that I could speak to about the issue. Finally, a manager did agree to speak with us but was unfriendly and unhelpful. This company is shady at best. Go elsewhere!

We came back from a 2 week vacation on a Sunday to water flooding out from a brand new hot water tank. Called Levco, and they sent someone right away (on a Sunday!) to ascertain the problem, and let us know that the tank was still under warranty and they would replace quickly at no charge. By Tuesday morning, we had a new tank, a dry floor, and a wholehearted appreciation for Levco service! Thanks for being so positive and responsive in a timely manner.

Rob, one of the service techs was awesome. Super friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He got our issue fixed and went above & beyond to make sure we didn’t lose heat again. I’ve never had any issues with Levco as their staff (office, techs, delivery drivers, etc) have all been great. Highly recommend.

This company does not even deserve one star we’ve been paying them for over priced oil 2000 gallons a year for over three years. They canceled our monthly budget plan and quadrupled our rates. When we asked them not to deliver, they noted the account and made deliveries repeatedly. Levco’s market rate is higher than most other oil companies in Fairfield county, not to mention how extremely rude their employees are. Their website states that they treat you like family, in reality they treat you like a fool.

This company’s business practices are questionable at best - I just canceled my service with them. They constantly look to nickel and dime, and regularly charge for services that are included in service contracts. Do yourself a favor and go with one of the many other oil service cos in the area. Edit (for the owner) - I am not referring to the electrical work, but the motor and aquastat that you tried to charge me for, despite being listed as included in the service contract. Thankfully your technicians spoke up. I find the way you run your business quite shady and am very happy to no longer do business with you. Good luck.

Thanks for delivering fuel in middle of July with high prices and charging 20 to 30 cent more then market rate everytime when I called they are a big shot not to care about what I said just cancel my service and he shut the phone on me not discussed anything about it what a business.

Levco left me in the cold. They closed my account and did not inform me. They did not honor my service contract due to a refused oil delivery. Awful.

Extremely disappointment with Levco Oil customer service and respect of their customers time. They have scheduled a technician for a window of 1 pm - 4 pm and the technician never showed up. No follow-up call or a Levco's notification that their technician is not showing up or extremely late. I had to call in to find out that their technician was not in the area at 3:43 pm (I was on a call with them for 12 min). I had to reschedule my appointment and waisted half of my day waiting for them to show up. Personally, I will not use them moving forward or recommend them to anyone.

Technician was through, and pointed out two parts of the system to watch for leakage. Nice guy, too. On yesterday's visit, the technician diagnosed the issue, identified it as a task for a plumber, and executed a temporary "work around" fix that will serve us well until our plumber can come over. As usual, Levco came through as champs...that's why we've been Levco clients for over 30 years.

Switched my propane service after 10 years from Hocon to Levco. Installation pricing was more competitive, gas pricing significantly lower and service done promptly by tech Eric. I've noticed most times that they pick up the phone right away when you call. Rarely do you get passed to the call waiting abyss. Sales rep Andrew Carroll facilitated the entire process competently. It's not a simple thing switching out 6 tanks at two separate properties. Permits, adding services, scheduling, relocating tanks, several permits etc. All handled nicely.

After Levco cancelled multiple appointments and had us wait over a week to service our broken AC, they called the morning of the appointment to tell me that, after 5 years of service, they can't service our unit any longer. I spoke with the manager, Rob, who blamed the poor service on the tech (apparently the tech doesn't like crawlspaces?) and that Levco doesn't have any obligation to service us anymore. When I explained that I needed today's service to reduce pollen for my asthmatic son, he insisted that Levco doesn't owe us anything...and then hung up on me. Beyond shocked. Hoping Levco management reads this and calls me back to discuss further. **6/10 update: Levco responds below (no call) and doesn't address failure in customer service (being hung up on). The least they could have done is call me when they decided not to service us anymore so we had time to find a new provider before peak summer. Now we're still out of an AC thanks to their gross mismanagement and negligence.
