C & G keeps me warm in winter & cool in summer. I always use C&G for my heating & AC needs. I bought an upgraded model of my heat pump from them ~ it's nice. Twice a year the technician, Alex, tunes up the whole system. He is always courteous & professional. He explains what he is doing. Thank you Alex!
POWELLS VACUUM STORE USES C&G. MADISON WAS TERRIFIC. SHE LOCATED AN ADDITIONAL PROBLEM WHILE SERVICING MY AC AND SAID SHE COULD REPAIR IT RIGHT NOW. SHE STAYED UNTIL 6:30 PM TO COMPLETE THE JOB. WAY OVER AND ABOVE MY EXPECTATIONS. THANKS C&G FOR HIRING COMPETENT HELP. Thanks.

Mike showed up on time for the diagnostic visit regarding a problem with my furnace. He was polite, thorough, and engaging. I told him that I especially liked that the company sends an e-mail with his photo before he arrives, so that he can be identified immediately. This is an excellent way to make sure you're opening the door to the right person!

Mike and Madison of C&G One Hour Heating and AC arrived well within the time frame that was stated. They were professional, PPE attired, clean, knowledgeable, and upbeat. They replaced our air handling unit's motor very quickly. They were very neat (no marks or spots left on our white carpet), and quiet. Our AC is back to a 'cool whisper' and we are very happy! We had Alex come to our home to check our furnace over. He went above and beyond what he had to do. He was so friendly, pleasant and polite! He is a great worker and I would recommend this company to anyone!
Madison came out to do our annual service. She was great!!! Arrived on time, got to work and quickly and efficiently did what was needed. She cleaned up and left no signs that she was ever there!!! Lights were shut off, doors were closed. Awesome job!!
