They repaired the HVAC- boiler. My boiler was making a chattering noise; they fixed it perfectly without replacing it. It saved me a lot of money. So appreciative of the excellent service. They are also assisting me in determining how to correct the airflow in my heating room.
A.E Olsen is a professionally run company. You receive a call when the technician is on the way and arrives within time frame given. I had a leak in dishwasher and water got into the ductwork. The ductwork was replaced. A.E Olsen is the company that does my biannual A/C service. I highly recommend A.E Olsen for their excellent service, well-educated and respectful technicians, and timely service.
Installed my heating system did great work. My condenser outside was leaking and they resolve the issue and were able to get me a new one under warranty. Recommend their business!!
They fixed my furnace once when it stopped working and since then I've used their service for routine maintenance. The technicians who come to my house are always friendly and take care to clean up after they are done. I highly recommend using them for your needs.

Sunday morning our heat stopped working. I called, the tech called me back within half an hour and tried to troubleshoot it over the phone. He came over and figured it out later in the morning. The needed part was found and the next day it was fixed. bn

Furnace was not working and the technician on call said he would come over but I declined his offer. Next morning at 8am, ae olsen called me to schedule a service call. I was kept apprised of when he was en route and arrived at my house mid-morning. The technician changed the faulty igniter and then gave me advice on my 2 zone thermostat system. He also wore a plastic covering on his shoes when he came upstairs so as to not dirty my carpeting. I was very pleased and satisfied with their service. Thank you very much!
