Second review a year later- My boiler died on a Friday and Top Tier had a quote and scheduled the work days later. The install went flawless these guys are truly professionals. They have done my air and now my heating system. The guys who work their take pride in their work! If you are not calling them you are missing out! Greg & Kelly Great service!!! No surprises, professional and a very fair price. Not only did they install within the window they promised they communicated every step. Well done Mike and team. Two thumbs up from Greg & Kelly.
I’ve had top tier install a new ac compressor / coil about five years ago now and I just rehired them to replace my furnace. I prefer to work with Top Tier as I feel that they build relationships with their customers, have a high level of service,

Mike, owner of Top Tier, is Extremly Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Unqualified. They failed to install new AC system properly and diagnos how to fix the issue. Newly installed air handler immediately started leaking all over my basement which continues two weeks since date of install. Top Tier refused to fullfil several promises including to raise pelnum off concrete floor with blocks, install pan with float kill switch, remove coil to inspect drip pan, replace air handler unit, not to mention they continuaously fail to show up for appointments as scheduled. 14 days later and after much frustration and cleaning up their mess in my basement I proposed Top Tier remove their equipment and give all my money back, I would then move on to hire a professional company capable to do the job correctly, to which the owner of Top Tier responded "no way". Further action against Top Tier will be necessary. Consumer beware.
The lead tech, Christian, was friendly and informative. He talked me through what he was going to do and the outcome of his findings. Definitely recommend Top Tier Energy.
Cost was more than I expected but service was good. Freon ain't cheap.
