Kevin was extremely knowledgeable when it came to my A/C unit. He took the time to explain concerns that might be forthcoming. Never pushed to sell ANYTHING.
Great workmanship. Very knowledgeable. They were all day at the house. Explained the new unit . Made sure everything was working before the left. Great guys!!

Absolute Air Services did a complete review on the installation of our new home. They identified and fixed all the improperly installed ducts, equipment and sizing issues. Their technicians were outstanding showing knowledge of the systems. They did a wonderful job of identifying and fixing complex issues. We will only use absolute moving forward!

I had the same experience as someone else who posted. The initial contact was friendly as was the person that came out. He explained different options and said he was going to work up a quote. Then we never heard from anyone or received an email. I went back several months later to advise I never received anything and was told they would try and look it up. Still nothing. I was starting to feel like the person that came out didnt work there anymore or just forgot to write something up. I still have interest if someone would reach out by phone or email. Evan Adams
Very disappointed with my experience. I looked at several companies to get an initial quote from and decided to go with Absolute air as they had great reviews. Initial contact and scheduling for a quote was great. For our appointment they came out on the day schedule (although 25-30mins late but did let me know). Paul was extremely thorough during the appointment and took his time to explain everything in detail. This is where my disappointment comes in, I never received a quote or any follow up from the initial appointment. ***In response to the 48 hours or longer for the quote, Paul came out on 2/16.***
The team at Absolute Air, from the initial consultation to pre work walk through to the team that did the work (removing our existing system installing mini splits, heat pump and heat pump water heater) was courteous, polite, informative and all around great exceeding our expectations. We would highly recommend them.
