New homeowner and had an emergency with my heating system ,they had a technician come from another job site as soon as he was done, not only did the technician diagnosis the problem within moments of being here he also had the faulty equipment removed and replaced within the hour. I recently had a very good experience with Massimo Heating and Cooling. Everyone i spoke with was extremely polite, the technicians that came to my property were knowledgeable, professional and on time. I will continue to use them whenever necessary and i also highly recommend their services.
Great service. I called and explained I had a leak with my boiler but it wasn’t an emergency. Sergio was sent out within a couple of days. He repaired it in less than an hour and very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them.
Massimo and his crew were A1! On time, respectful, and good pricing options with lots of rebates on the type of equipment he installs! I never ever leave reviews but after shopping around for months for the best hvac system for my home at an affordable price; Massimo heating and cooling was an easy decision. Their level of professionalism is unmatched and they always respond quickly to any questions that I may have and they got my new system installed much faster than other companies were projecting. Massimo heating and cooling is definitely worthy of a review. If you choose them to do your new hvac install as well, you will know exactly why I left this review!
I found Massimo’s after trying to find a good HVAC company for 2 weeks. Being a new first time owner this was not very easy. I first had Aiello home services come out. For $100 they told me I had a leak and should replace my system. Then they told me there is another problem with coils and to further diagnose it was an additional $200. I told Aiello to take a hike. Made some more calls and found Massimo’s. Thank the lord I found them!! The tech comes found no leak, nothing wrong with the coils. Just a bad capacitor. $150!! I’m nice and toasty warm again! Thank you so much Sergio, (I think that’s his name) Massimo and the nice woman who scheduled me. Thank you for being an honest company!
Serg was very professional & knowledgeable of what was happening with my system. He was fast and honest the entire process. He is a huge asset to the company. I truly appreciate the entire team Savanna was so supportive of our issue i recommend them 100%. They will not rip you off your money. If these guys say they found the issue trust and believe them they will get your issues resolved. Be patient with them trust me I will be using their services for as long as I am in CT. I called to restore heat to my house and within 30min minutes they were at my home. Quick diagnosis , replaced the transformer and got heat back. This is the second time they have been to my home. The first time was for AC fix. They are reliable and trustworthy. Just signed a year maintenance cotract with Massimo.
Everyone I have dealt with with this company has been professional and helpful. Not only that, they go above and beyond for their customers and have come out first thing to help me when my furnace went out on the first real cold night of the year. Highly recommend this company!
Massimo and his team were thorough and precise installing our entire heat pump system in our home. The craftsmanship and passion is clear and would only recommend him and his team. We were so pleased with the service and fast response. Sergio was very nice kind and respectful and fixed our hot water heater quick. Luckily we just had to replace a piece and not get a whole new one and he was very professional and so wonderful thank you thank you so much!! Wonderful people and great service!!

Massimo and his team worked to install a Bosch heat pump + hydro air +variable speed air handler in our home that didn't have existing ductwork. There was a lot of work involved including making some custom rigid duct components to work with the difficult geometry in our home. The home was 2 floors with individual zones. Service was professional, pricing was reasonable, and they were at our house at least 5 days a week until the job was complete. It was nice to see the personal attention from Massimo as he was on site every day, only leaving for emergency calls. We've been thrilled with the system since it's completion over a month ago. The design parameters were correct and the system is appropriately sized as well. Overall I would absolutely recommend to anyone in need of service or a new install.
Had issues with ductless ac which was initially misdiagnosed but quickly and efficiently remedied. Very knowledgeable withh quality workmanship and I highly recommend to anyone in need.
I had a pipe burst that was part of my radiators and they came out next morning to repair and get my heat started up again. Very professional and prompt.
My tankless water heater was not heating my water. I had Massimo and his crew look at it. They quickly knew what the problem was and within two days I had a brand new water heater and HOT WATER finally!! They are very professional, clean and respectful. I have used Massimo Heating and Cooling now multiple times. I had an issue with my heating system shutting down and emitting dangerous levels of Carbon Monoxide. I called 3 other companies each of which told me they had fixed the problem it it is now safe to use. Each time these company came out the problem persisted and after many follow up calls I was ignored.$1200 later I was stuck with no heat and no one that would help me. In desperation I decided to try one more company. After seeing all of their 5 Star reviews I decided to call Massimo Heating and Cooling. I explained the situation I was in and they were able to come the next day. They spent many hours going over and testing each component of the system until they were able to find what was causing the issue, something the other service companies were unwilling to do. After months of on and off issues with the system and the dangerous fumes my heating system is working perfectly and I have even noticed I am now using less oil. I am not a person who normally writes reviews, however after this experience I feel it is the least I can do. They were honest, timely, professional and very fairly price. Massimo Heating and Cooling have earned a customer for life in me.
I found my go-to company. My heat was not turning on. I read excellent reviews for this company, so I rolled the dice and called. They sent someone out the very same day. Fixed the problem quickly. They were fantastic and explained everything. Price was very fair. They did not overcharge me in any way. I would recommend to everyone.
Massimo and his crew did an awesome job replacing my oil boiler, he is very professional and a perfectionist, I highly recommend him for heating and cooling services.
