James provided some of the best customer service anyone can ask for. He was very detailed and answered our questions with great knowledge to our questions. I highly recommend this company!
Tyler took time, not only to listen to my concern, but thoroughly (and clearly so i could understand), he explained, what he felt would solve the problem. He concluded with a statement that in 24 hours if I still had the problem to call him back and if needed he would set apmt to check out the a/c.👍
Even though we are in preliminary stages of working with Busy Bee, Joey the Technician was very professional and very informative 👍 Hopefully we will be able to work together to get this issue we are having with the church's chiller resolved 🙏

If you are looking for honest advice, please call them. I called someone else first and they wanted to force me into replacing my entire boiler system and then I buzzed the BEEs, they came and stated there was still life left on my boiler and the system can be fixed. Well, I went ahead and got it fixed, the boiler is up and running and in the process I also signed up for preventive maintenance services too. Thank you James and Dave for being honest and being great at your work!

All of the fine folks that I worked with via Call the Bee provided extremely professional, clear, and courteous service in the installation of our new ductless heating and cooling system. Special shout-out to Jacque who helped to evaluate the quote and set everything up, and Brian, one of the contractors on the install job, who sent regular photo updates each day of the project to make everything clear. Overall, the business was easy to work with to guarantee exactly what we needed, and patient as we reviewed our options to get the right fit for our house. I would recommend them to anybody looking for excellent quality work at competitive rates.
Busy Bee staff (Brian gave us the quote) (James and another young man installed the high efficiency furnace and water heater). The customer service, experience and quality of work they provided was beyond exceptional. (I am highly sensitive to smells) and about two months in when it was getting cold I sensed a smell coming from the vent ducts and so I called to see if it was anything to be concerned about. They sent James out to check everything out. I appreciated James’ tenacity when it came to figuring out the problem. I genuinely had the feeling he was not leaving until he had a solution figured out. He taped additional areas just to be thorough and cover all of his bases. It’s a rare technician to take such care and to ask as many questions as he did to try and resolve the issue. Needless to say I was extremely impressed with his/their professionalism, workmanship and time spent. Well done!!

Technician seemed nice enough, I called them to flush my oil line and do standard maintenance on my boiler. The tech said I needed a new boiler and oil tank, and there was nothing he could do. He left me a $20k quote, so I wanted to shop around before making a decision like that. Another independent tech came that was referred to me and he got my system running in 10 minutes. Busy Bee clearly wanted to generate some urgency by leaving me without heat or hot water. I would avoid at all costs for the untrustworthiness.
Both Erik and Josh were very courteous and professional. Their knowledge of the problem was very apparent. They walked thru the repair order before beginning and when the job was finished. The work area was left clean and all old unused items were removed.

Had Busy Bee come to my house to discuss installing Nest thermostats, which somehow turned in to a two-plus hour conversation on how my boiler is leaking carbon monoxide internally. The rep then told me I would need to replace it sooner rather than later and that they can offer me three separate replacement options. I decided to call CNG for a second opinion and had them conduct their own reading. Their meter showed no significant trace of carbon monoxide inside or outside of the unit, and the rep even stated how well maintained my boiler is for being close to 40 years old (he also said there's no reason to replace it right now). It's amazing how a small job suddenly turned into "You need to replace your boiler, here's what we can offer you."
Replacement of 50+ year old oil tank in my basement. This is my second transaction with Busy Bee. Unfortunately my home is 50+ years old. And everyone knows big ticket items start to fail. Since Busy Bee just put in my new boiler less than 2 weeks ago, I wanted to make sure it could operate properly. Unfortunately, the oil technician attempted to deliver oil and he wasn't able to fill my tank due to "sludge" that had build up over 50 years. I called Busy Bee and their technician. Joey came out the same day! He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained what needed to be done. Joey was able to put me on the schedule 2 days later! Now, THAT's great service! Tyler and 2 other gentlemen (sorry guys I forgot your names) came out and worked extremely hard to get the new oil tank in and the old one out on the same day! The company is called "Busy Bee", however, they are never too busy to fit you into their schedule (especially if it's an emergency! I highly recommend the Busy Bee team! Nancy D.
