Garbage. Don't waste your time. Terrible communication. Did my home and then the minute I had an issue totally blew me off. Won't respond to calls or text. Never again.
Hand R Heating responded promptly to my call for help and Hector was able to resolve the problem with the natural gas boiler of my heating system. Now we have heat again. Thank you H and R Heating Service
If I can give no stars I would! You will spend more in the end. Shotty work, low grade equipment, and a headache each season. I've had to replace heating and cooling. You've been ⚠️ warned.

Received an $11,000 quote for a Navien NCB-E combi-boiler. I told Hector over the phone I wanted an oil to gas conversion done and I needed a quote for a steam boiler. Even though he was polite and professional, he tried to sell me something I didn’t need in my home. Prior to meeting with him, I’ve received several other quotes ranging from $6-9,000 for steam boilers. Now here’s what made me come and write this review. I researched Navien and they have over a dozen complaints on BBB!! I did not find any positive reviews when looking them up, all complaints! Beware.
