Phenomenal service. Jordan serviced my AC unit. He was on time, professional, and had great communication.
Our 24 year old HVAC system finally bit the dust and it was time for a total replacement. I called several companies for estimates and went with Valley. I'm very pleased with not only the system and quality of the work, but also the owner and the entire team. They were a pleasure to work with and had fantastic attitudes. Super professional, punctual and caring. Highly recommended.
Owen called and was available even earlier than our appointment, He knew exactly what he was doing took good care of us, cleaned the air conditioner well did a thorough inspection and gave us a few tips and was on his way. I’d highly recommend h!

Friendliness, informative, pleasant office visit with follow up notifications and reminders of the date and time scheduled. Was notified technician in route and matched the scheduled time. Checkup and service on our Lenox unit. Technician left area clean, rolled up our garden hose and put the multi sprayer head back where it was stored. We highly recommend Valley Heating Air and Refrigeration Inc Excellent!

This is my 2nd yr of maintenance contract. They have done a good job of keeping my HVAC running efficiently. My service person is friendly and will explain everything to you if you want/need that.
My AC unit stopped working. I tried several companies, but no one could come for a couple days. My daughter asked around to neighbors and friends and the recommended Vally Heating, Air and Refrigeration Inc. They came 2 hours early, addressed the problem within minutes, did a thorough check of my system along with checking my furnace filter and making sure my vents were all open in my basement. Jack and Jordan were so courteous and even kind to my 2 crazy dogs. Please, please use a local company if you have a need. Highly recommend them.

Valley Heating Air and Refrigeration always comes through. Their craftsman are professional, punctual and do great work. This time around I had them move some duct work for me, but in the past they have done everything from refrigeration, heating, a/c maintenance and installation. I have seen so many fly by night contractors since COVID. Valley is a company you can count on.
