Great job
Steele Brothers installed the HVAC in our new Shea home and it works perfectly. Once we moved in, they also installed a humidifier for us, again great work. The price they quoted us was exactly what it cost-no surprises. 👍 Since then, they have helped us with any and all questions we have regarding our new systems, and even other stuff that isn’t necessarily their purview. I would recommend Steele Brothers to anyone with HVAC issues. The people there really honestly care about their customers!
Service Tech Blake Taylor was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. Kudos to Steele Brothers for the positive experience while addressing our heat outage.
I noticed that out indoor temperatur was not where it was supposed to be according to the thermostat. Our Carrier furnace was blinking a diagnostic code. Cross referencing that code, showed it could be a dirty temp probe. I cleaned that and a different code was now blinking. Nothing else to do. It was 9:30 PM. I called in the morning and John D. stopped by on the way to work. He really wanted to get the heat running since the house was already 60 degrees. He checked a few things out and checked with another technician and a few replacement parts were needed. John checked with Carrier and surprisingly they were in stock. The new parts were installed and the house was heating up by mid afternoon. Blake was excellent and tested a few things and gave everything a once over before closing everything up. His attention to detail is excellent. We are up and running the same day! This weekend was going to have highs of teens and lows of negative single digits. We are so happy with John and Blake. They really wanted to get us up and running that day. Steele Brothers installed our HVAC system for our builder and we have been very happy. At that time Beau and Joe walked us through the various options and efficiencies and ways to insure excellent indoor air quality. I’m not thrilled that a few parts failed in the furnace but being under warranty softened that blow. And getting up and running in 1 day was unexpected. I highly recommend the Steele Brothers crew. They treat you the way you should be…with respect. They are knowledgeable and want to get it done right the first time. We greatly appreciate this and will always call them and recommend them to our friends. Thank you!
From the initial estimate provided by Bill to the installation of our new HVAC system by Adrian and Carlos, everything was top notch. Very impressed by Steele Bros competitive pricing, quality workmanship, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!
I haven’t had such over-the-top service from a company for years! Our home heater went out two days before Thanksgiving. Steele Brothers came out ON THANKSGIVING MORNING and put a new furnace in for us! Who else does that? Because we had a 2 and 4 year old with us, they also dropped 3 space heaters off for the two nights we were without heat, one of which they let us keep for free. This company is re-setting the standards of customer service! Don’t use anyone else!!
From the initial phone call for information to them walking out the door after installation, they were extremely polite, professional, answered all questions and did an excellent job. Would call them again, but after they did the install, we're probably good for another 20 years. Great to find someone who does what they advertise.

I was very impressed with Steele Bros heating they made it easy to have my 30 year old furnace replaced, from the sales rep to the installation everything was well done. Pricing was reasonable and the tech support did a nice job removing and installing the new unit including a new touch screen thermostat and setup. I would highly recommend Steele Bros for any HVAC work needed in your home.

Almost 10 days with no AC with weather in the high 80s thru 100s. I had terrible experiences with multiple other companies this week being shady, charging me high prices for work that was either not done at all or didn't fix the problem. Steel bros was the company I originally wanted to call but my system broke down start of weekend amd online it states their hours were Monday thru Friday. I should have called a week ago because I didn't realize they had an excellent emergency crew. Blake was our hero. He called me back soon after I left voicemail. He patiently listened to all my concerns about previous experience. He came out immediately and did a full system check and actually gave us correct professional advice. This is my new company moving forward. I will never call anyone else. Thanks Blake for taking such good care of us!!

I highly recommend this company. Our furnace stopped working over night, I called in the morning, spoke with Noah in scheduling (very friendly) and they were able to come same day. Blake (the technician) was extremely educational about the problem, pointed out the broken part (and how it had broken), replaced it and did an overall check to make sure everything else was working well. He also gave some really great tips on how to avoid shortening the lifespan of my furnace. I appreciated his efficiency and loved that he wore booties over this boots to keep my floors clean. Very respectful man. Great company.
Noah with his team, Blake and Houston were amazing. I had an issue with my whole house humidifier. It was loudly "banging" every time the water cycled through system. Noah made several visits to problem solve and fixed the problem. Professional and dedicated to service. Highly recommend!
This is an amazing company. From the estimate to the install to the payment everyone was top of the line! Polite, professional, knowledgeable and they all went out of the way to be helpful. Highly recomended.
Blake was amazing. He was so patient and thorough with his answers to my questions. He told me what he thought was best and how they'd get it done. He did exactly what he said and even made some adjustments during the job that saved me some money and helped the performance of my system. He installed a new thermostat straight and square on the wall and it looks great. Overall, I'll call Steele Bros again and definitely request Blake. Nice work Blake! Thank you.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Blake on the after hours service call Friday evening when I returned home from a business trip and found out that my heat had failed to come on. I called for emergency after hours service Blake was most helpful tried walking me through processes to correct the issue. He spent an incredible amount of time on the phone trying to help. Unfortunately we were not able to fix it and since they were not open again until Monday I had to call another company for emergency service on Saturday. Blake was extremely helpful I would definitely call steel brothers because this is a company who truly cares about their customers.
The Steele Brothers team provided the design, supply and installation of our complete Heating & Cooling System for our house renovation project in Boulder. They were very professional, responsive and reactive to any of our concerns. We highly recommend Steel Brothers.
Service was great in scheduling an inspection by a technician despite it being in the heat of the summer and with a shortage of technicians to boot. The estimator (Tom) that came out did a great job reviewing our options and explaining what to expect in terms of costs, length of wait for materials, and turnaround time for that actual install. Oswaldo and his install team did a top notch job, everything was neat and orderly with the installation as well as being on-time in their arrival and departure. He reviewed everything that he and his team had done and walked us through the programming and set up of the new thermostat as well. Very professional and didn’t leave a trace anywhere in the home to indicate a team of service technicians had been there. A big thanks to Steele Bros, your people make the difference!
