We called our landlord about our A/C going out, and Landon called me the next morning and was at our door before 9am. Wonderful service and a great guy who didn’t mind explaining the issues and how he fixed everything. Thank you Landon and R&R. 😀
Landon did an amazing job. Told me about some other issues I had going on not hvac related he didn’t have to do all that. And it was affordable. I will use them again every time I have a need.
Impressed to say the least. Air conditioning wasn’t maintaining temp. Called on a Monday fully expecting a service appointment to take a couple weeks so I put an old window unit in to supplement until then, but Landon was at my house the very next day to see what the problem was. A part was needed which they obtained quickly and Landon was back Friday morning to install. To make things even better..they didn’t charge me a dime (tho I would’ve been just as happy with the service if charged for services rendered). Sheldon honored the warranty despite it being a little outside the window for it simply because the part that went bad shouldn’t have so soon. From the office lady, Shelby I believe, to Landon and Sheldon…you all are great, your professionalism and service is top notch in a time when that is hard to find. Highly recommend this crew!
Landon was a very knowledgeable tech and he was supported by other very Knowledgeable technicians he had the part we needed on his van repair was timely efficient and reasonable showed up at beginning of service window

I called and spoke the nicest receptionist. Within half an hour Mark arrived and fixed our heating problem. He was exceptionally efficient, professional and kind. I will definitely call them next time, and will recommend them.
They never called us back so we had to get someone else to fix the furnace

Our furnace stopped working some time during the nite. Woke up to 65 degrees. Called R and R. Answered on first call! Lady was very professional gave us all the details of how they make appointments and accept payment. Frank called within about an hour and a half. Came over discovered problem and at 2 pm I am WARM☺️☺️ Very nice young man and respectful explained everything and I'm warm again!!! Thank you all so so much☺️☺️!!!!!!!!! I forget the gentleman name but within 30 minutes of calling I had a technician out here fixing my heater. Explained the issue, took time to make sure the problem was corrected. Highly recommend.

In March of 2021, I took delivery of my families new home in Pueblo West, CO, where I was a routine attendee during the construction-building of the new home and this was the 3rd new home build for my wife and I, (and our last)! R & R Heating & Air Conditioning was the contracted company for the entire HVAC installation which is a dual zone system for my family needs. It is a very good system and is extremely efficient and comfortable for all of us. Last week we had a power outage and it off-set my thermostats which required me to contact R & R for immediate service. Once I called them, I had a company technician (Sheldon) who responded and spent several hours completing a full adjustment of my entire system. Most notable however is that Sheldon took a lot of time to explain the entire air treatment capabilities to my mother and I and he slowly walked us through the complete usage of our Honeywell Thermostat operations. A (Big Mahalo) goes out to Sheldon for helping to "ol' farts" understand our new home's most important component. Ron Halverson, Pueblo West.
Honest and reliable with reasonable pierces. Had central AC installed, and furnace fixed while i was out of town. Extremely helpful.

Had to replace our old AC. Called someone else and took a long time just to get a quote. Call R&R, they got use a quote and installed a new unit in the time we got the first quote. Very professional and good price. Look forward to working with them in the future for maintenance. Highly recommended.
We had a new heater installed and were very satisfied with the service we received from getting an estimate to purchasing a heater to the installation. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Our installer Brandon was great at installing the furnace and answering our questions and when he came across a issue he wasn't sure of he called and 2 co workers came over and they quickly fixed the issue. Fantastic service.
