Water pooling on the floor below the new AC unit. I called and talked to the wonderful and helpful Theresa. She scheduled a tech visit the very next morning. The very knowledgeable and pleasant Jeff came out, found a rather unusual problem, fixed it and explained it to me. R Buck has been fantastic resource since they installed my new HVAC system last year! I appreciate the efficiency and the pleasantness of everyone! Thanks for being there for me Randy and crew!
