I thought that the whole crew, Josiah, Chris, and Andre, were very focused and efficient. I'm very happy with the job they seemed to do.
Horrible rip off. Took advantage of my 83 year old mom. Charged over 3,000.00 to install a water heater, and didn't ever install a drip pan to bring it to code. Wanted to charge her an additional 2,000.00 for the pan. Then didn't pull a permit and installed it anyway, not to code. They should have told her if she couldn't afford 5,000.00, that they wouldn't do the work. She at that point could have went elsewhere and had it done correctly for much less cost.
PPH is definitely not the cheapest in town, but they do great work. When other places couldn't get our broken water heater fixed for almost a week, they came out and had it done same day. You pay for what you get. They were very clean and left the basement in better shape than when they got there. If you have an emergency, I highly recommend PPH.
Brendon Hough Came out today. Our basement had flooded. He figured out the issue in less than an hour! Got it fixed very fast! He was Very Professional, & Very informative! We will definitely be calling to use him again for any issues we have!
Brendon was great. He replaced a pipe in the crawl space and installed a new toilet. Everything is working perfectly. No leaks which is just what we want.
PPH has always provided highest quality plumbing, heating, and cooling system service. PPH techs take ownership of the property & systems they work on. They install/repair as if they are working on their own property and treat it as such.
I will recommend PPH to anyone and everyone. We had to have A LOT of plumbing work done. I’ve honestly have never worked with a company that was so kind, respectable, thorough, and honest. Highly recommend them for any work you might need! Straight from the start they told me that they may be a higher price but that they value quality. They are worth every penny. I wouldn’t even look elsewhere. We’ve contacted them for help with multiple projects since then and every employee we’ve worked with is the same: respectful, kind, honest and thorough. They are the hands down the best company to call.

Andre and Tyrus rebuilt my water softener and reverse osmosis system as well as maintenance on my boiler that was over 20 years old. What an improvement! They were very professional and completed much needed work in a timely manner. I’m very satisfied with PPH and will only use this company in the future. Thank you Andre and Tyrus!
Josiah was polite, professional, and honest. Sadly, rare commodities these days. Josiah was the epitome of all three!
A little pricey but I'm confident my plumbing repair will last. They started and finished the job on the same day. A local handyman quoted about the same price but said 3 to 5 days.
Our children had put something down the drain and it clogged everything up quite a ways down the line. They did everything they could to make sure it didn't have to be cut out and were very knowledgeable and thorough. Couldn't have asked for better service. We are very greatful for their hard work.
Thanks again PPH for your services. Brendon and Sam were waiting for me when I got home from work. I was late getting home and they were on time, and thankfully they waited for me. So thank you very much Brendon and Sam. It would have been very easy for them to just leave! I appreciate the staff at PPH, they are always friendly, understanding and very professional. I'll be calling in a few weeks to get ready for the summer season!

The only complaint that I have is the holes that they cut in the floor and wall, they didn't put the wood back. Other than that, five star!
