Very sad I am a local and unless we are "contractor" they will refuse to sell to the Public to their local community, I called to see if they would sell a motor for my furnace which is easy as changing a tire, and because I was not a "business" or " licensed" they would not sell anything to my knowledge, that is terrible service Pat words were call a furnace maintenance, why? So they can charge $700 to fix something we can do ourselves, I'm all for supporting local business but if we were able to which we are not I would not especially if that's their "policy" way of doing things.
Very friendly. I was helped immediately and the guys knew their products. A lady even offered me coffee or water! I will be coming back for all my heating and cooling needs. Awesome place for those looking for good customer service.

Waited 10 minutes for the salesman/cashier to make eye contact with me after walking in the store and got 75ft of plain heating flex for $210. Looked it up online and found 75ft of insulated heating flex down the street for only $95. That is higher quality stuff at half the price!! They made me wait in their store for 20 minutes while they worked on other service orders before they would return the overpriced flex and charged me a 15% restocking fee for something they simply set back on the shelf. I will never go back here again. Horrible customer service and extremely overpriced.
Working with Hercules the past 21 years has given me the opportunity to appreciate them as one of the best wholesalers in Colorado. One of the most interesting dynamics of Hercules is that they are large enough to get virtually every product we need but still have the ability to offer personalized service. The owners are very involved in the business and want their good, loyal customers to be taken care of.
There almost seems to be an internal competition between the staff that woks in the front to see who can ignore a customer the longest. If you are not on the "buddy list" of contractors they work with on a daily basis don't waste your time stopping by. The front staff has no knowledge of the product they sell and the prices are sky high. Best of all, when they sell you a product that does not work with your unit they won't accept a refund or exchange for your part.
