Our service techs Scott and Hunter were amazing! Punctual, respectful and responsive with our calls and questions. They did an amazing job moving our whole electrical power box system, rerouting wires and providing us power fast. Now we can get our addition finished!!
Austin and Keith were prompt, professional and knowledgeable!! They removed my old Boiler and Installed my new Boiler in a timely manner.. They were a pleasure to work with!! I called to get my sewer line jetted. Arthur showed up early and was very professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing. And he was friendly and respectful. I would recommend flow right to anyone!

Amazing company! From the first phone call down to the repair. My garbage disposal went out on me and I attempted to replace it myself. There was so much rust I was unable to get it off. Called Flow Right and they sent someone out within a couple hours. Brandon was extremely nice from the moment I opened my door. He not only explained everything to me, but also let me observe his work so I can learn how to do it myself just in case I have any issues in the future. Hands down would highly recommend them for all your needs!

So this is an update on my previous review, after the initial incident, I ended having to call them back for a hydro jet to eventually fix my problem. The tech that came out was extremely good, and helped us out a lot. Now to address the mixup of pricing with the person who answered the phone and quoted a price. It was a misquote on their end, and they went out of their way to make it right. Not a lot of businesses with that kind of accountability. I will use them again for future plumbing needs. They do good work and will do what they can to make things right if they made a mistake. Excellent business.
Horrible service! I will never use them in the future. Called them to fix a plumbing problem. They did not fix the problem. Said they would be back the next day and never showed up. When called they would not respond. Still charged me for the service and said I should feel lucky, because it was not the full cost.
After calling two other plumbing companies and getting no return calls I called Flow right and they were able to schedule an appointment for me the next day to fix my broken sump pump. Their technician Kizu was on time and very professional and completed the job in a few hours at a very reasonable cost. I will definitely use this company again.
This company has a lot to be said for it/them!!! They are professional, they see the problem and address it! They treat you like a human without dehumanizing a person!!! They go above and beyond themselves! And I so highly appreciated that after other places where extremely dehumanizing! If I need them again I definitely will will this company and no one else!!! Mr. Kittle was a complete and total professional when he arrived to fix my plumbing! He was respectful, informative, and courteous. David made sure I understood the problems and got everything accomplished in a timely manner. I couldn't have asked for better service! Victor was excellent! He came early which was a plus for us. He was very respectful of our home and us. He was professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I think Flow Right has wonderful, professional employees

At the Wet Mountains Getaway at Robb Ranch we rely on the quality, professional, cost-effective service we always get from Flow Right. Paul C. and Greg M. did a superb and thorough job servicing the older model Rinnai hot water heater here at the Ranch. They were very thorough and patient in explaining the many steps involved and they went the extra mile to help ensure the hot water heater will perform and at this high-altitude location. Thanks to them both and thanks, Flow Right, (again!) Thanks also for the courteous and helpful Flow Right office help on this latest job. In another timely visit to the Wet Mountains Getaway at Robb Ranch, Eric from Flow Right did an excellent job on an emergency repair of a bathroom water supply. There's a motto for our business that fits here with this particular plumbing issue: "when you need it." In order to keep the work going and business plans and activities moving forward, it was necessary to call on Flow Right, once again, even though it was a holiday. It was when we needed it. The service was expensive since it was right on July 4th, but again, Eric did a professional, fast, thorough and super job keeping this new vacation house and mountain rental cabin business on track. And, big thanks to technician David Kittle, Flow Right came through, once again! Our 2nd time using this company. Extremely pleased! This time they did a toilet installation and flushed our hot water system. Our technician, David Kittle, was fantastic. Did a very professional and thorough job. We would use this company again. Highly recommend. Booking appointment was easy and all staff were extremely friendly. David told us that they also do kitchen remodeling. I'll be calling them again soon.
