I have to say Jesse showed up like he said he would to give me an estimate on a new furnace and central air system within an hour had the bid emailed to me and Jasen had me on the phone and had me scheduled for an appointment 3 days later not to melntion had us scheduled on a Saturday. The installers were very polite, very clean, with the uninstall of the old and installing the new. They were on time and were not all day doing it. The finished result was better than I expected. I am a new customer for life, and if you're in the need for heating air conditioning or just electrical, I 100% recommend this company. Not to mention their bid beat 2 other bids in price saving me over $3000 a win win, in my opinion. Thanks Mccormick's for being amazing honest dependable and a pleasure to do business with.
I will reccomend this company to everyone. Yesterday, Justin came all the way to longmont to install my mother in laws A/C. Which involved him coming into the basement where my family is currently residing with my toddler son. The entire time Justin was here my son was infatuated with him, watching his every move. Although he had a lot of work to do; Justin was so sweet to my son. Being patient and kind while he watched in awe. He didnt have to be, but he was all while doing a hard job in the cold wet rain. He was always smiling and a joy to have here. I wish we could hire him to do more . Thank you guys for awesome service and awesome employees.

McCormick came to our house to install a humidifying unit on our HVAC + improve the venting of our water heater + heating. The latter was a particularly difficult issue due to the house layout. Our technicians had a wealth of knowledge that they used to find the best path for safely venting the two systems in a way that was aesthetically pleasing + functional. The work is clean, they clearly know what they are doing - I would definitely call them again.
We had a new furnace installed last year my you guys and the team was so great we knew we wanted to have them back out for our yearly system maintenance. We wanted to give a shoutout to Ron, who was are service tech today- he was on time, knowledgable, and his quality of work was great! Highly recommend.
Very pleased with the coordination between scheduling and installation; all their staff were cordial, informative, and proficient. At the end of each work day, the crew cleaned up and were cognizant to prepare the work area against potential hazards and messes. The office staff - Brittany, Sam, and their VP Taylor were so pleasant and informative to work with. 10/10 recommend McCormicks
McCormick Heating and Cooling is simply the best in Northern Colorado. You should look no further. Josiah, Cruz and all the technicians that have been into my home throughout the years are respectful, they clean up after themselves, and they provide the best service.
This company was hired through my home warranty insurance, and they are the worst. They have little to no knowledge on heat pumps, parts or equipment. While installing my heat pump they burn the control panel board, and they didn't communicate this to the warranty company. Three weeks later they still haven't order the rigth part, drove all they way to my house twice, just to let me know they got the wrong one (probably because they have no idea what they are doing) and just complain and point the finger to the warranty company. Stay clear from this company.
These guys are real crooks. American Home Shield sent them out for a warranty repair over a month ago. At that point we had not had AC for 5 days. The technician they sent out complained about a bush next to the ac unit. I trimmed it on the spot so he had room to work. He changed a capacitor for the AC condenser fan and the AC fan kicked on. I asked him if the rest of the unit was fine and if he was going to check the freon levels. He said that he was sure nothing else was wrong and he didn't need to do any more checks. I was so ecstatic that we finally had AC after 5 days of 95 degree weather that I tipped the technician a $100 bill. I have interior and exterior security camera recordings of all the interactions and all the conversations. Few hours later the AC stopped working. I called the technician and he said he'd get me back on the schedule and they would call me from the office. This was a lie. When I didn't get a call back I called the front office the next day. She outright said they wouldn't come out and I had to go back to American Home Shield. We have now spent a month without AC. Partially because American Home Shield are even bigger crooks than these guys. However, I've found out later how McCormick made it worse. I've had 3 contractors come out and take a look at the AC unit and provide repair estimates. The evaporator coil is leaking freon inside the house, the blower motor is leaking oil, and the condenser fan is burnt out... Because, guess what?! The new capacitor installed on the unit by McCormick is a higher amperage than the fan motor is rated for. So in addition to not doing a thorough job the first time and checking the unit for all the problems it had, the technician likely installed an incompatible part and fried the motor. Then they refused to take the service call to come out and repair/replace the system. I would avoid these guys. They've more than shown me what they're about.
Horrible customer service, no call backs when they say they will. It's been almost 2 weeks since they've come to our home and suggested the needed replacements. They told us they're busy and we're not their only customer and that we need to call our home warranty company. We call our home warranty company to follow up and they have not received the estimate from McCormick. What a nightmare wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Another week has gone by and nothing done by McCormick through our home warranty company. Apparently they just don't care. Horrible business practice! Finally my home warranty company fired these guys and got me in touch with another company that is happy to have our business.
They were fast at sending someone out to check out our A/C and they determined that our system needed to be replaced. They were assigned by our Home Warranty provider. After the initial diagnosis, we could not get them to send the required documentation to the Home Warranty provider. The Home Warranty provider tried to get them to cooperate and finally gave up and assigned our case to someone else.
They came to repair my AC and over charged for the freon, I asked for a full refund cause my unit was not working after this. Then I told them it sounded like it was going to explode after the repair, that they needed to come fix it right. I spoke with the office manager and she pretended like she couldnt hear me and refused to answer my calls after that. Then another day i was told they were not coming back so i called hey my insurance and told them they didn't want to come back a fix the issue and kept canceling the work order with my home insurance. My insurance contacted them and they still refused to come out so the job got turned over to a great company who did the job right.
I had a drainage issue that has been tricky to address and chose McCormick as recommended by the HOA maintenance team and glad I did as they were awesome and very responsive in getting someone out despite it being short notice. Highly recommend Cruz - he is super professional and knowledgeable! Will definitely ask for him again in the future should I have any issues in the future.
Great service. Cruz did a great job quickly diagnosing the problem and making the repairs. He was very polite and professional. Overall I would recommend this company and Cruz.
Jake was phenomenal!! I have american home shield and he worked for a few hrs and fixed up the shotty wiring of my new home. I wasnt a customer before and now i will be!!
The technician was very personable, considerate and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my electrical problem clearly & in a way that I understood. I will gladly use this company again.

Our service tech was Cruz. Firstly, Cruz knows his stuff. Very knowledgeable, professional and customer service to the N’th degree. Cruz explained all the tests he was performing, what they would show him and ultimately what his diagnosis was. He arrived at 6:45 PM after we had a mix up on our personal scheduling. He left at 8:42PM! Where do you get service like that?! I would give him 10 stars if I could. We grabbed his business card and will be recommending Cruz and McCormick to all of our neighbors. Oh, we also tried to feed him dinner because we felt guilty about how long he stayed. He took some food “to go”. Great guy.
As a first time home buyer we had to put in our first warranty claim and we were so lucky that Antony T. was our tech on site. He went above and beyond as the temps in Denver were starting to get really really cold. Our furnace needs to be replaced, and on his way back into Denver he brought us space heaters to help the situation. We are so grateful for his kindness and will for sure be using McCormick's again in the future! My second shoutout is to Shelby in the warranty department, she was so helpful and really was the calm in this situation that we needed. She was so understanding and very knowledgeable about next steps. We truly appreciate her!
