Doesn’t respond to stand behind his work. Work is subpar. Shower pan is unlevel, pipes not vented correctly and doesn’t respond regarding the gas line/stove work.
I’m a DIY kind of guy and not a fan of having repairmen come into my home. That being said, if I can’t pull off the job, Honeycomb is the only company I trust when it comes to HVAC and Plumbing. I started a water heater repair at my house and quickly realized I had bitten off more than I could chew. I called Honeycomb and Mike graciously came by that same day. He took the time to explain to me every step he was taking and even looked at my A/C unit that had been giving me some trouble. Not once did he try to up-sell me on something I didn’t need. Instead, he showed me a few tricks on how to save money and keep my water heater and A/C & Furnace running trouble free for years to come.
Michael was very responsive from my initial call. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, offered up a few recommendations and over delivered. He does great work, and is also a great communicator for schedules, which he sticks to as promised. I would highly recommend him and would consider him part of my team.
By far the best heating and air guys (also plumbing) around. With Honeycomb you know exactly what you are getting with their up front pricing and they don’t cut corners. They walk through every detail of the job with you and never catch you off guard like other companies. The best way I can describe my service with Honeycomb is that when they were done we had “Peace Of Mind” concerning our project, and with their great prices on top of that! You will not find a better company for your heating and air needs!
Very professional and honest. His crew quickly installed the dishwasher and water heater. Very clean and trustworthy. We also had them out to fix our air conditioner. Will definitely use in the future.

We were having trouble with our toilet constantly running and could not fix it so that’s when we decided to call mike with honeycomb services. It was the best decision we made, he was very professional and came at our convenience. When he got to our house he quickly fixed the toilet and gave us a great price. He didn’t stop there though, he also took a look at our air conditioner unit and gave us some tips on preventative maintenance. I highly recommend Mike with honeycomb, he is a respectful young man and I would hire him back in a heartbeat for future projects.
Right at the front door the technician Mike was very courteous and cared about protecting my floors with shoe covers. He accurately diagnosed my furnace problem (that 2 other companies just tried to sell me new furnace) and was able to clear up our issues. We appreciate his clear open pricing; we will be using Mike for our plumbing and heating.
I received really awesome plumbing services from Honeycomb. Michael installed a kitchen sink as well as two bathroom sinks. He was very friendly and professional, he also was good at communicating about timelines and things that he needed to do for the job. Pricing was very reasonable. Michael and Honeycomb also helped my parents with a major plumbing issue that came up over the holidays. I highly recommend Honeycomb.

Outstanding service. My A/C system was not running well in the middle of the summer heat and Mike was able to squeeze me in for an inspection. He quickly had a solution and fixed my a/c without trying to sell me on new equipment. His friendliness and genuine care were second only to his honesty and fairness. Where I thought I would be "squeezed" to purchase a new system, he was able to restore my very alive equipment. For such a new company, Honeycomb offers professional, skillful and wonderful service for an unbeatable price. The service is efficient and the quality recieved is unmatched.
