Justin fixed my AC and several other items that needed taken care of with my HVAC system. I am not looking for my system to go down again, but I look forward to working with Mountain Creek Heating and Cooling in the future. What great service, thanks Justin!
My builder installed a 1" filter bay and I changed it ever 30 days like clockwork. I strongly prefer to run a Merv 8-13 filter; however, I was concerned it'd affect my static pressure and the longevity of my blower. To remedy this situation I requested a quote for an upgrade to a 5" media filter. They showed up within ~5 minutes of the scheduled time; however, I overslept and had to call them a half an hour later to see if they were still available. Thankfully they had gone down the street to pickup some breakfast and were still available. The final price came in a little higher than what I had estimated but it was totally worth it. They did a fantastic job. Please see the before and after photos.
I called Justin at Mountain Creek Heating & Cooling to services our 2 HVAC systems after another company performed inadequate work prior to winter. He was able to diagnose multiple issues caused by the previous company and had the required parts on-site to address all of the system concerns within a week. Justin also identified another failing component (while doing the expected maintenance) that was within a month of being out of warranty and completed that repair the same day as all of the other work he did.
Justin was amazing, got me out of a jam that no other HVAC contractor would help me with. Would give him 10 stars if I could. Thanks for you help good sir!!
SO happy that we went with the reviews and called Mountain Creek! Our HVAC was not happy and this wonderful team made it out same day. WOW! Not only did they fix the unit, but they spent time explaining to us how to keep it running smoothly. Not even the installers did that. In Mountain Creek H & C we trust!
Google reviews work! Based on previous reviews, I called this team. They were able to come same day and did an amazing job fixing our HVAC. Not only that, but they took the time to explain how to properly maintain our HVAC - even the installers didn't do that! YAY! Will go to almost any part of the state. Definitely the A Team in Colorado!
I was having problems with my furnace. I had an appointment with another HVAC company who quoted me over $12,000 because they claimed I needed an entirely new system. I called Justin at Mountain Creek to get a second opinion. He showed up quickly after hours, diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed for a few hundred dollars. I'm extremely thankful that I was able to find these guys. Can't recommend them enough.

Highly recommend! Justin and Zac provided great service and technical skills. They assessed our unit which wasn't working. They provided a same day appointment and serviced our unit that day. Explained the issue and went and grabbed the parts needed. Both were professional and efficient. In and out in less than 2 hours. Even installed my new thermostat for no extra charge!! Don't feel old enough to be a "ma'am" but got lots of yes ma'am s from them. Love the politeness. Will definitely use them again!
Justin and Zac definitely know what they are doing they did amazing service was quick and easy! Fixed my humidifier in less than an hour 30. Highly recommend them to fix anything for your heating and cooling

He has worked on our boiler system at our mountain house, on our AC unit in our building in downtown Colorado Springs, and provided a variety of valuable services throughout out home ranging from the Smart Thermostats, to a well pump for our water pressure. If you're looking for someone honest and hard working, you've found the right small business!

Superb service. I hired Mountain Creek for routine maintenance and inspection of my HVAC system. They explained to me what issues they found within my system that required both routine repair and cleaning, in addition to preventative measures to ensure I don’t have higher costs in the future. They also were able to repair/correct issues that other companies overlooked. Very pleased with their work and professionalism. Will certainly use this company ongoing.
The employees communicated well as we were able to get them to inspect our hvac sooner than planned. They performed a detailed inspection and found several items to fix.
Our A/C went out during emergency weekend hours and Justin was prompt, easy to contact, friendly, and extremely thorough getting everything repaired. He even took pictures to send back to our leasing company. Not only is our A/C fixed now, but I can feel confident in knowing exactly what was wrong and how he fixed it as well as what to look out for in the future. Glad our leasing company works with Mountain Creek, and will be keeping them in mind for the future!
Justin was great! Came out as soon as he could and got our AC unit up and running. He was professional, on time and got the job done for a fair price. Will definitely use them again if we need anything done.
