From start to finish, My Guy Heating And Air was exceptional. They have a very efficient system for communicating -the phone was always answered, and calls and texts were returned immediately. Leonard, the owner, is very professional, explains everything clearly, and is a gentleman . The estimate was very fair and the details of the installation were clearly explained. The technicians were likewise very professional, friendly, and efficient. I was so lucky to find this great company for our air conditioner installation and will use them for any HVAC services in the future. I know that if there is ever a problem with my furnace or air conditioner, they will take care of it, promptly and correctly.

We have had such a great experience with this company, from calling Diana (one February morning ) and scheduling a time for the same day to Arturo coming and making sure that we had heat. Arturo was very knowledgeable, professional and kind. My Guy Heating and Air knew we needed a working furnace and they went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed! Thank you!!
My Guy came out at 9:30pm on one of the coldest nights when our furnace would not come on. We called and a technician had fixed our problem 2 hours later on a Friday night! They are always so friendly and our furnace is not easy to work on as we do not have a basement so they have to crawl under the house.
Responsive to a situation, helpful and corrects the problem in a timely manner!

It was -7 degrees last night, and that's when my heater decides to go out. I called My Guy Heating and Air the next morning, and that afternoon, in spite of being clobbered with calls, they made it to my home and got my furnace working again. I can't thank them enough. They were a true blessing in a dire time. Thanks Leonard and Arturo. You guys rock!
