We are so impressed with Grant's Heating & Air- Great crew who showed up on time everyday and worked all day to get our updated heat system installed! Could not be happier!
We highly recommend Grant’s Heating and Air! Grant listened to what we were looking for and came up with several solutions, including heating the garage so my husband can work on projects year round! Our older log home was heated with baseboard heaters, a propane stand alone heater and fireplace. Grant’s installed 2 mini-split heat pump systems, they work great! Grant and his team are professional, knowledgeable and courteous, even to our dog! At the end of each day they left the work areas clean and organized. Very patient answering all our questions! We were very impressed with their equipment and vehicles, the snow did not slow them down!
I can't say enough excellent things about Grant and his team. Grant is a very clear communicator - helped me select the right type of heating source for my cabin, was on time for the installation and left the place immaculate. He also kept me aware of permit/inspection follow-up and visited my cabin to ensure the lock (which can be funky) was closed properly. Very thoughtful, A+ service. It's no wonder he came highly recommended by my builder. I recommend Grant's Heating and Air without hesitation and am glad to be a recommending resource should anyone want to learn more.
Hope everyone is doing good. I wanted to update you on what we think of the heat pump that you installed in our house in Nov.. It is absolutely amazing!!!!!! The house stays at a consistent temp. My dryer makes more noise than the furnace. The first full month electric bill was $4.89 higher than this time last year. The second full month was a little over $8.00 higher. That was probably due to the sub zero temps for a week or more. And we just received our first propane fill since Nov. That’s 3 months between fills in the middle of winter. That’s never happened in 22 years. Our house is so much cleaner now. Dust has been reduced by at least 60%. Unbelievable!!!!! So with that being said, I want to thank you and your wonderful crew for the service we received . You are the best in our book. Thank you again and God Bless All. I can't say enough good things about Grant and his Team. I had several bids for my new HVAC system knowing I had issues with airflow and every one of the other company's brushed it off as no big deal. Grant was the only one that came in and ACTUALLY did load calculations on our system and recognized the issues and came up with a proper solution. During the install there was more issues found with duct work and he fixed it while keeping me well informed on what had to be done. He takes a lot of pride in his work and wants to do it right the first time which isn't very common now adays. All I can say is thank you and if you have HVAC issues, he is the only one to go to!

Grant and his team were awesome to work with. They installed an entire duct system in a house we just purchased. The house previously had no ducts and just baseboard heat. Grant and team installed a duct system with a heat pump. They were professional and courteous and worked around our pets (2 dogs and 1 cat) very well. I greatly appreciate the work they did!

We just had our annual furnace check up for the winter. Chris was sent as our technician. He was very thorough and professional - he explained all that he did and went over all of his findings and answered any questions that we had to our satifaction. He was very professional, courteous and pleasant. Will definitely call when time for our AC check-up in the spring. Thank you Grant's!!!
Grant and team did an excellent job installing a new heating system at our cabin. Grant was very responsive as well and kept us up to date on the entire process and was patient while answering our questions. I highly recommend using them for your heating/cooling needs.
We shopped around could not be happier with our decision to hire Grants to replace our AC and furnace during a heat wave. They are the experts! Grant presented multiple options and got us what we wanted at a price we could afford. The 4 technicians onsite were friendly and professional. Their vehicles, tools, and equipment were nice and well maintained. The workmanship on the install was top notch and they cleaned up afterwards like they were never there. They even stayed late to help us install the thermostat app on our iPhones and show us how to control system remotely and get alerts when there are issues, such as a leak. I own an insurance agency and will recommend Grants to all my clients. Thank you!
Of the companies that gave me bids to replace my heating and air system for my business, Grant was the most responsive and had the most detailed bid. He gave me several choices and kept me informed at every step of the way. He and his people were extremely polite and even asked if it was ok if they used my bathroom during the days that they removed the old system and installed the new equipment! They cleaned up after themselves, as well. I highly recommend them!!
Grant's Heating and Air installed both a furnace and an air conditioner for us. Everything ran fabulously until about 5 years later and the furnace began having issues. Grant's never left us out in the cold. Parts and labor were covered under warranty. They are a company of integrity that will give you an honest assessment and a fair price. Thank you Grant's for standing behind your products and providing excellent customer service.
Grant's Heating and Air LLC is Fort Collins premier company. They recommended and installed my new furnace and water heater exactly when they said they would and for the price quoted. There were no hidden fees. Grant and his team are extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. Their work was some of the best I've ever seen. Use them. You won't be disappointed.
These guys are our heroes. Our AC was coughing up a lung, and we got other people in from Big Company (NOT GRANT'S) to evaluate it. They looked at everthing, spent a lot of time, told us that our HVAC was inadequate overall, and gave us choices for $24K, $30K and $36K for a new system, depending on how premium we wanted it. That seemed steep. We got a referral to Grant's - did I mention that they are our heroes? - and they came in next day, repaired the system, told us to the detail what we needed going forward, and charged us $220 for several hours here to get the AC running again, with the parts that they installed. In other words, they got it fixed and SAVED us literally $24K from what the Big Company told us we needed, at a minium. We have people coming over tonight. The house is cooling down and will be ready for them. Thanks to Grant's. In case I forgot to say it, Grant's are our heroes today.
