Scott recommended a heating and A/C system that solved the problems of some rooms being too cold and others too warm. Now there is even temperature and the more efficient system uses a lot less energy every month. Very happy with system and service. Thanks, Scott!
Our HVAC install presented many challenges for Scott. We went on vacation and interrupted his process and the basement flooded while he was working. When our basement flooded, he stopped his install and helped us deal with the flooding. Even with all that he maintained his high quality standards and gave us more than we had agreed on (both parts and labor) and never suggested a change in the agreed upon price. He evaluated the house thoroughly, designed our system accordingly and reduced our flow restriction in the ductwork with a lot of labor and extra parts resulting in a superior, more efficient system with lower operating cost. I'm convinced that the other 3 contractors I interviewed would not have had the expertise or put in the days of work that a superior overall system requires. Scott went above and beyond - it seems to be his nature. I have found very few craftsmen like Scott.
Called Saturday afternoon when my furnace stopped working. It's very cold out, and the temperature inside was dropping steadily. He came out the same day, and ended up working late to get everything taken care of. I'm very grateful to have heat tonight. Thoroughly checked everything out even besides the repair, and had some good advice to keep everything running.
First cold snap of the season the heater wasn't coming on like it should. Would come on just fine, then not light the next time. Intermittent problem, the worst. Of course it won't happen when someone else is here. Called on a Saturday evening to leave a message for Monday morning call back, and Scott answered and offered to come out at 8pm, we thanked him but declined, but took him up on his offer for Sunday. He showed up diagnosed the problem in 15 min. Needs special part (system 20yrs old) he fashioned a temporary fix, and ordered the part. Could take weeks to arrive. 2 weeks and fix is still working on this 7° morning. Thanks Scott!
Overall, Scott diagnosed my issues, addressed them with solutions and also went the extra mile by providing helpful tips that made me feel a level of confidence regarding my equipment that I didn’t have prior to working with him. The same day I called for support, he visited my home and solved my issues, that is white glove service. I highly suggest his services from the first phone call through the job completion, he was effective and efficient.
Great Company! I called because my AC unit was shut off when I got home. I noticed a box on the side with the circuit had a solid red led and the air wasn't turning on. I called Air Craft and the man on the phone was super helpful on telling me exactly what he thought it was. It was a Xcel smart saver. I called Xcel and had them turn it off and bam! it came back on. Saved me a lot of money to get it checked out. I will definitely be using them in future service and repairs!
Scott was very professional and went the extra mile to educate me as he showed me the root cause of my issues, and explained the alternatives available to solve the problems. He did really good work at a very reasonable price. What more can you reasonably expect?
Scott installed my whole house A/C system 10 years ago. I have him do all maintenance as well. He is more thoughtful and reasonable than the bigger companies. He also did the engineering so my system ended up working better than my neighbors who used the builder. I'm very happy with his work though some times he's not easy to get an appointment. If there is an emergency he will fix it as quick as possible. If it's more related to maintenance, you may need to be patient but his attention to detail and reasonable pricing are worth it.
Scott was professional, reasonably priced, friendly, helpful, responsive, and effective. We called him with an issue really late on a Friday night and he came the next afternoon and resolved the issue without a big bill. He’s thorough, skilled, kind, and we love that he’s local. We’ll call him first every time from here on out!

Scheduled an appointment. No one showed up. No one called me before with a warning or explanation. No one left a text or voicemail to explain... until 3 days later with a sorry. I got another company to do the job a week later.
My furnace stopped working and Scott gave me a second opinion after another HVAC company recommended that we replace the entire system. Scott performed a full diagnostic, determined the issue, and suggested a relatively minor repair. After the repair, the furnace is now working like new and Scott saved us a ton of money! I highly recommend calling Scott for all of your HVAC needs. He is very knowledgeable and honest, and I will be using him for anything HVAC related in the future.

Furnace was out on a Saturday in freezing weather. Showed up in a couple of hours from calling. Went well above and beyond with some small things that were not called for and not noticed through a personal inspection Fixed the problem quickly. Overall excellent. Honest, reliable, fair prices and friendly!!
Scott likes perfection. I'm an engineer and was experiencing a noisy fan on a 20 year old unit. I called the first service guy who say I had dangerous CO leakage and needed to replace it immediately. My BS radar went up and I immediately dug into HVAC science and specifically got on HVAC-Talk to see what I was dealing with. I dug into this area enough to know who the scammers were. I found Scott as the only local contractor listed on HVAC Talk and I noticed on his website that he is a Carbon Monoxide Safety Specialist as well. So I had him come out and let's say I learned a lot. After deciding a new unit was in order, I got 6 bids. Some were easily dismissed due to price. A few were just glossing over by quoting the same size unit without regards to what the challenges were, and how technology had changed. Scott met all of my needs from a technical perspective, and truly knows HVAC inside out. He replaced the noisy fan that was the cause of the first service call, after it finally failed. Just a temporary fix so that we had heat while we worked out the details of the new system. I wanted a smart thermostat such as a NEST or Ecobee. Many of the HVAC contractors basically bad mouth them and push the house brand. Scott was fine with whatever I wanted, but could talk to the pros/cons of each. Ended up with an Ecobee, which we love. I also wanted a highly efficient state-of-the-art system which required a additional venting to the outside. Scott spent considerable time figuring out how this could be done with the configuration of the current systems and basement. We found there were challenges with the original ventwork and that the furnace was being starved for supply air. I am confident this would not have been tested by any of the other contractors. Scott performed (as promised) a full Manual J test on my house. We found some areas to address to fix airleakage and make the furnace not have to work so hard. In the end, I got a superior system, w
