They never called me back so I found someone else.
Richter Plumbing was selected by our home warranty company. Our furnace was out and it was very cold. Richter did not contact us for a week and just sent an email with subject line " i don't travel that far" - They accepted the job from the warranty company and took a week to tell us they were not going to do it after all. We could have had broken pipes not to mention how cold it got in the house. Unprofessional and Poor Communication.
I would recommend Richter Plumbing & Heating to anybody. They are very personable, prompt, courteous and they answered all my questions that I had on the AC & also on the hot water heater. They keep their promise on their appointments and also they call you ahead of your scheduled appt. Richter does excellent work and they make sure that everything works properly before they leave your premises. Thank you for your prompt attention on my needs.
This review is long over-due! I have been working with Mr Richter, now for about 7 years. In all that time, he has been Johnny-on-the-spot for my needs. I had an old boiler, that really needed to b e replaced, and he was always handy to take care of the aging monster, for me, till I could afford a new one. When I told him the time was at hand, he had it in, and running, during that -27 degree weather we had, recently. I now have a boiler that is quiet, and efficient, and effective. I was very pleasantly suprized at the cost of the replacement, and happy to write the check. I recommend him in the highest terms, and hope you give him an opportunity to help you with all your plumbing and heating needs. Clinton Piel
