My wife and I recently bought our house a little over a year ago. The previous owners used George to install an all new hvac system in the house. During the last cold snap, the igniter went out on the new furnace. I called George, and he came out that day to diagnose and repair the system. He was nice and knew exactly what the issue was. He graciously extended the warranty on the installation and wouldn't even take a dime for gas or his time. He was a pleasure to work with and will be used again if I ever need the system looked at again. Thank you again, George.

George and his crew recently replaced my old 3 ton central AC system. They were on time, worked diligently, and were competitively priced. I recommend them without reservation.
Came out for a home warranty call. Polite, easy to talk to both in person on the phone. No attempts to upsell or push me in a direction other than what was need to fix the A/C. Also provided a portable AC to keep our main room cool while work was on going.

They were very responsive, had my furnace diagnosed and fixed quickly. Works great now! I really appreciate the attention given, as my furnace went out at 3am on Saturday morning and was working less than 12 hours later with their help and expertise. Would use again for sure!!
I just had a very good experience with Mountain States Heat & Air. My old furnace was overheating and thermostat was not working properly. The service person George was very polite and pleasant to deal with. I was able to set up an in person inspection and appointment in a very short amount of time and in my convenience. George had deep knowledge of heating systems. He suggested the most cost efficient solution to my problem, fixed it quickly and in satisfactory manner. The best part was that he said my old system works just fine and only needs some tune up and some inexpensive parts. I am definitely calling him back if I need efficient cooling off in summer. Thank you for everything. Very satisfied customer. :)
Called for emergency repair on our furnace. Man who answered phone was unprofessional and rude.

got this contractor assigned through AHS on Sunday .Called them on Tuesday around 9 am he wasn't at his office yet and he will call back in 2 hours ....later that afternoon I had to call him again ....he still hasn't made it to his office ....but told me he would be there the next morning at 7 am ....i checked my email in the morning just to find out he called ahs to cancel the contract because he didn't wanted to drive out .even so he assured me on the phone he will be there ...now i have to wait about 2 weeks to get my ac running ...would not recommend this company for nothing

Our air conditioner was making a loud unusual noise. I called George on Saturday. He had recently worked on our air conditioner for a different issue. He came between his other jobs and quickly diagnosed the problem. We needed a new fan motor. George said he would try and get one but there was only one supplier open on Saturday. He said he would be back on Tuesday if he could get the part. Of course the temperature has been in the 90s and would be for the next week. Later that same day George called and said he had the part and if we were home he would install the new fan motor. Within a couple of hours he had the air conditioner working and checked out. Again he did this between jobs. George could have just waited until Tuesday. George is very hard working and knowledgeable of what he does. He is pleasant and easy to work with. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing AC repairs.

My air conditioner went out when temps were in the 90's. George came at the end of the day and worked on my unit until late into the evening. He was professional, kind and worked hard. He explained things regarding my air conditioner. I understood what was going on and why. Great serviceman and human being. Thanks George!

The furnace gave up during the winter. The previous company wanted to have the chimney removed and to replace the water heater as well. George came up with some ideas for the new furnace, and the lining of the chimney and everything was done in less than two days for half of the cost the other company quoted. The inspector was very impressed. George is one of the kindest and nicest people one might meet who will do anything to help the best way possible.
George is the man! I couldnt get another company on the phone on a friday evening after my hvac tech just left me hanging with a shrug. He stayed on the phone with me, worked me through the issue, put me in a spot where i could fix it myself and even searched for the part after hours knowing he wasnt going to get anything for his efforts. I immediately scheduled a service call at his first opening to inspect both my units.
Great work with steady communication throughout the repair. Was worried about having to replace an older central air unit. George found the problem and promptly fixed it at a fraction of the cost of a new one. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing any type of HVAC service.
George was amazing. He was super skilled, very intelligent and very kind. He went out of his way to help us and we will always be indebted to him -our furnace would not work late at night and he drove 3 hours round trip at the end of his day to fix it for us. It was a very specific problem that was quite complicated but he went above and beyond by figuring out the solution and fixing it.
