Our air conditioner totally went out and we had to buy a new one. Angelo was the lead technician and was here literally ALL day. He started about 0800 and didn't leave until 1630. Very detailed and exact about his work. Would highly recommend McCormick to others based on Angelo's work.
Justin was amazing professional and very caring about getting the new AC installed. If ever I need new furnace I will be asking for Justin! Tayler was very knowledgeable and helpful in the early stages of AC purchase and coordination of install.
Jake was fast and efficient. They were able to track down the electrical issue and resolve it quickly.
Jake was quick and accommodating when our WD outlet went out. My wife was asleep from working nights and my dogs were in the house, he followed all my instructions I left on the door to keep from waking her AND get everything finished in under an hour. Thanks again Jake!

Let's start with that horrid office manager! OMG, no customer service skills whatsoever! She is rude and should be fired! Next, they can't even install a thermostat correctly!
Jason and Justin came to install our furnace and ac and they were amazing! They were kind, hardworking, and respectful the whole time they were here. We will definitely be recommending McCormick to anyone we can because of them! Thank you guys so much!

Justin did a great job installing our new A/C unit.
Everyone was nice, helpful and kind. However, we had a furnace install with McCormick this past December and everything seemed to have worked perfectly fine. We are installing a new AC (with a different contractor) and they were quick to highlight some in incorrect aspects of the furnace installation. I’m sure this is a great company, but bummed that our AC installer has to make changes to the furnace that was installed.
Jake was great. Very professional and provided insight into our problem. He fixed the switches quickly and is going above and beyond to check into an additional issue for us.

I've used this company twice now through my home warranty both for an HVAC issue and for an electrical issue. Both of the technicians were really polite and professional and seemed to do a really good job. I just had Jake over to fix an electrical problem and he was really friendly and figured things out quickly. This company also seems to be very timely in both their response from the dispatcher and prompt on when they show will up. It's much appreciated! I would happily go with this company again.
Our ac broke down and McCormick was quick to respond and help us negotiate with our home warranty company. Our new ac system is working beautifully!
We purchased a furnace and ac install, and the team was great. They have also been efficient with maintenance, documents, and making sure that our HVAC is ready to keep our home warm/cool. Professional and personable. Recommend for sure.
