The tech called to confirm that he was on his way, appeared at the appointed time, was polite, efficient and performed his work quickly. He made a suggestion about a possible fix for an A/C component and I asked him to write in his suggestion on the final paperwork. Very pleased with the services today.
No call, no show two days in a row. They will jerk you around if you let them.

The expert that came out to fix our AC unit a week ago informed us that we needed to replace our complete AC and heating equipment. In order to get a second opinion, we phoned 4 Elements HVAC. It turned out that we simply needed to replace two capacitors. They simply helped us save a ton of money. Thank you 4 Elements HVAC and Jerry, our technician, who took the time to explain and show us everything and was extremely courteous and competent. Happy clients!!
Our swamp cooler broke down yesterday morning, I callef 4 Elements and they scheduled a tech between 8 and 5pm last night, he never showed nor did anyone call us. I called this morning and was told the tech was rescheduled to tonight between 8 and 5, did not show again and no phone call, I will never call this business again. We are in our 60s and my husband is extremely ill, its 94 in our house again and if he ends up in the hospital because of their awful customer service, they will be contacted by an attorney.
The technicians who showed up were polite and explained to me the options I had. I have been using them for several years to maintain my heating and cooling units .They are very professional and knowledgeable. Their charges are also very fair.I would definitely recommend them.
Out of the companies contacted, 4 Elements HVAC's proposal met all my requests in terms of specifications, warranties and installation schedule. The installation crew, led by John, showed up on time and their demeanor and workmanship was exemplary. I am very satisfied with the completion of this project and I would recommend this company for any HVAC work.
I woke up this morning to realize that I had no heat. Luckily, I was able to get someone to come over in about 45 minutes. Bobby expeditiously assessed the issue and was able to make the repair. I strongly endorse 4 Elements HVAC!!

Had new HVAC system installed by 4 Elements HVAC. I'm a first time client- positive experience. Bobby and his crew were very personable, polite & professional. Explained every process of the installation and did the job in a timely manner. I will use them again since the work was performed quickly and efficiently and the techs are all Certified which is very important to me.
