I had Advise replace my AC unit this week. Jacob and Zac and the rest of the crew were very professional, friendly, and thorough. They showed up on time and did a great job. Very happy with the price and the results. Great group.
Our AC broke and my kids’ bedrooms upstairs were immediately getting uncomfortably hot. Jacob and his crew were at our house right away, and had a new AC installed by the end of the day. Jacob was amazing to work with and his crew is awesome! Not only that, but the cost was lower than other estimates we received. We couldn’t recommend Advise more! It’s so nice to come across a business that is honest and really cares about the work they’re doing.

I have nothing but amazing comments for Advise Heating and Air. I needed a new furnace and A/C unit and got bids from a couple other places but Jacob and his team was the best decision. They’re professional, on time and extremely knowledgeable. Jacob and Zach explained all the steps from removal of the old units to installing the new ones, to showing you everything when it’s complete and answering any questions along the way. A HUGE bonus also for the whole team being extremely kind and patience with my doggo. She enjoyed all the extra pets and play time breaks outside (Tuna girl says thank you). I cannot emphasis enough to call them first if you have ANY job, repair or maintenance for your HVAC home system. Thank you for everything!
Jacob is too busy to provide any customer service. It took over 3 weeks just to get someone to look at my equipment. He sent two kids that had to call him twice just to figure out what was wrong. Since he didn't have the part it was going to be another 11 days before they would return. I was texted a "discounted" quote of $300.00 to have them put in a $60.00 part. I replied "no thank you". I haven't heard from him since. I can only assume he's too busy to care.

Zach did a great job of responding when I had furnace problems in February and it was really cold. He got his team to get the furnace running quickly and in a few days they were out to install a 96% energy efficient furnace at a reasonable price compared to other HVAC companies I had spoken to in the recent past.
TL;DR: Awesome service, great options and detailed breakdown, quick and easy. Jacob was very professional and helpful, and a nice guy to talk with. Will be using them for all future service needs. After coming home from vacation, I walked into a 50 degree house. My furnace was not turning on for some reason. I had seen Advise just down the street from me and decided to give them a call and find out if they could help. Jacob took my call and told me he could be over to check it out in about 45 minutes. He arrived within that time frame and found the issue almost immediately. He gave me options for pricing and times, said they could get it back up and running same day. It took a few hours to have someone get the part from a 3rd party and I received a call that he would be back in 15 minutes if that worked for me. 15 minutes later, he was back and installing the new part. All in all, he was in the house for about an hour and everything is running smooth again. He also cleaned out the furnace and replaced another small part out of courtesy. He did explain and suggest another part he would replace at some point in the future, but said it wasn't urgent at this time. It did get noted on their end, so if I decided to replace it I wouldn't have to figure that all out again. I can't thank them enough for how quick and easy this process was, especially right before temps dropped again.
They replaced our furnace and we are extremely pleased with the whole experience. Everyone we talked to was professional and friendly. We can not recommend these guys enough.
Advise technicians cleaned and changed parts to our furnace. They finished early so we were given a discount on the original estimate, which had factored in more time. The guys were capable and friendly. I recommend this company highly!

When my hot water heater failed I reached out to Advise and Jacob responded quickly. He drew up a quote, explained everything clearly, and after approval he and his team sprung into action. He made commitments and stuck to them, no surprises. My sincere thanks to Jacob, Parker, Justice and Chase for a job well-done. I had to call precision heating to fix the new furnace and humidifier that never worked. BUT they were very nice people
I can’t say thank you enough to Jacob, Zach and the crew of Advise Heating & Air for coming out at the end of what I’m sure had been a very busy day (cold snap of 12/22) to replace our dead furnace. There was no way to fix or 60+ year old furnace, but Jacob made sure that we were taken care of. He called in his team at 2:30 in the afternoon on their day off to make sure we would have heat for Christmas. I am so grateful for kind and caring people who still look out for others. If you ever need a good HVAC company these guys are the best!!!

We were in the market for a whole house humidifier addition to our existing HVAC system. We found Jacob & Advise through a friend. They were professional, on time, fair priced and thorough with explaining the process, install and future maintenance expectations.
Our furnace was making a racket, we thought a motor or belt was bad or bearing. We were thinking the worse and we would have to replace. We called Advise Heating, they came by and discovered it was some loose metal tape, they took care of it for no charge. Great business!
The owner of Advise Heating & Plumbing, Jacob, personally took his time on a weekend to come to our house and inspect our air conditioning unit that wasn't working. He inspected, advised and then fixed our unit and even inspected the furnace which was above and beyond. I highly recommend Advise for all of your HVAC needs. They are professional, knowledgeable and their customer service is impeccable. A+++
