Great service. They fixed my AC the same day I called. Jed was awesome! He was knowledgeable, explained everything and was thorough. I will definitely use them again!
Amazing my AC was not working. I called at 9 AM. I had a text here by 11 Kay, Dale and forest were all incredibly helpful and professional. I will be definitely giving all of my business to them in the future.

Hi. Dale is very thorough. He is friendly and knowledgeable. He always wears those booties to keep from dragging in dirt from the outside. He is honest and always keeps us informed of what is going on with our furnace, A/C and humidifier. I like that I can trust Him and feel comfortable having him in our home. Dale is a keeper! Our AC unit went down last night, we called CVHA and they came out this morning. Jed had us back up and going quickly. Showed us the issue and repaired it without selling us something we didn't need. Great service by Jed and a HVAC Company we would highly recommend.
The company was super-proactive about making sure we had everything scheduled, and in making sure I knew when they were on the way (and they were *prompt* too!). The work was done quickly and efficiently and the service person was incredibly polite and respectful. It was a simple job, sure, but it was a fantastic experience and I'll use them again if I have to.
Lost heat in middle of the night. Called the problem in at 7 AM and a tech was at the house at 10:30 AM. Problem was identified as debris had accumulated in two lines. Furnace would run and immediately shut down due to pressure build up. Problem identified and resolved to great satisfaction of homeowner.
I would recommend this company! The on call tech with super helpful when I called and he walked me through what code was showing on my Heater. Dale came out and fixed my A/c! He was friendly and very knowledgeable. The price wasn’t to bad.
CVHA…professional, efficient, knowledgeable, reliable, trustworthy, caring . I highly recommend them! They installed our new furnace/air unit a few years ago and have been maintaining it since.
I was able to get a live person 24 hrs a day. They were prompt and efficient. Gavin was a respectful and knowledgeable technician. I couldn't find anything negative. It was perfect.

Our mystery furnace died sometime in the dark of last night. Carbon Valley was able to respond that afternoon and get us working again. The price was reasonable and the information they gave us on our furnace was valuable. We'd be happy to work with them again.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! They will steal from you, plain and simple. I was charged almost 250$ for a 42$ part. When you call them out, they will say it’s for a warranty??? DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!

Tech arrived on time, covered his shoes before entering the house, and was polite and knowledgeable throughout his visit. Quick accurate diagnosis of the issue, quick repair, fair billing - very pleased with this vendor.
Charged me 100 bucks to come “troubleshoot” the furnace. Removed one screw (mind you, no scope, etc) and immediately went into prices on new units. Since this wasn’t really a service call and was just a sales call, shouldn’t have been charged a dime. Free estimates on replacements are done by all other companies.
