Jack came to my home as a 2nd estimate. He saved me literally 1000’s of dollars as a previous company estimated $4k for repairs and also sent a salesperson out and tried to up sale me to replace the entire unit that is only 5 years old. $12k. It’s summer and getting hotter be weary of HVAC companies trying to sell you a new unit - preying on the fact that your home is hot. Thank you Trigram Commercial Air Conditioning Repair for charging a fair price and being honest. Also working in the rain to make the timely repair.

The first time I called them, they came out within 24 hours to replace my old AC unit with a new one that was more energy efficient and quieter. They were clean and polite, and replaced everything as it went out.

Cancelled my appointment, took my money but have yet to refund me. Unprofessional, unbelievable really. No response, keep getting same general email. You should reconsider your relationship with Faciliserve, if that’s where this issue is stemming from.

Received excellent service from Trigram Commercial Air Conditioning Repair .Lex was very nice and thorough and said I needed a whole new unit.The installers were sent out the following day and they finished the job in just 2 hrs.I cannot recommend this company highly enough.keep up the great work.!!
This is the second time I am having them in my home the first time was an emergency service call for my furnace failure and this time they came to do a replacement of the same unit. I would highly recommend Trigram Commercial Air Conditioning Repair company for their excellent job. Two years ago, I had them inspect my furnace and install an AC unit. Everything was good and worked great until about 2 weeks ago. One of the wires had a short and they diagnosed it although it took them sometime to locate it, finally they locate and fixed it. And now my unit is up and running perfectly. KUDOS GUYS…
