I highly recommend Sparks Heating and Air! They were able to come out within a day or two and evaluate, recieved quote same day and unfortunately I had to get a new ac/heater unit as mine was 24 years old. Best pricing and they were able to install within 4 days and that included the weekend! Highly recommend.
I called this company at 5am when my hvac was broken and the forcast was in the 90’s. They answered the phone immediately and were able to schedule me for same-day service. The technician was very professional, fairly priced, and prompt. Thank you so much for helping me cool my house down!
This started out well with a quick response to my request for service from Sparks. It was downhill after that. The tech that came out didn’t have the tools he needed, guessed about everything that was wrong but, wasn’t sure about any of it. Googled things while he was onsite to figure out what was wrong. Got on a call with tech support and didn’t know how to check the power issues we were having, tech support was very frustrated with him. After 2 hours, he finally left and said he’d come back later with the appropriate tools. He “guessed” it was a blown capacitor, out of Freon (Freon was full), massive leak that would require a brand new unit (again, Freon was full), power issue and blown circuit board. None of which he could verify. My husband called the owner Tim, asked for another tech to come out with possibly more experience with our unit. Tim didn’t see the unit, didn’t work on it, has no idea what’s wrong with it and just wanted to upsell us on a brand new unit instead. I wouldn’t recommend this company nor use them again. Very unprofessional and Tim just wants to sell you a brand new unit. Pretty disappointed and a waste of 2 hours of our time. While the service tech was waiting for a call back on the AC unit, he did fix the fan for our heater upstairs and the company did not bill us for that, which was very kind. Updated: Tim, the owner, has been responsive to emails and this review and clarified a few things for us. This wasn’t handled the way I would have liked for it to be but, he has been responsive so I will update this review accordingly.

I was paying ~280$/month for my AC in the summer, except I live in a 875sqft condo which made no sense. I contacted Mariana at Sparks and they sent out a really helpful tech who figured out the problem in less than an hour, was immediately able to fix it on site, and charged me 5x LESS than what I was expecting to pay. Now my bill is 30$/ month, it's absolutely amazing. I would recommend their prices and services to literally everyone I know.
I have used Sparks Heating and Air and they have always been fantastic. Mariana is on top of getting a technician out as soon as possible and every technician that has come to our house has been great. They don't try to sell you things I don't actually need and are very transparent about their pricing. I recommend them to anyone who needs their HVAC serviced or replaced!
I took eight quotes to replace a 20 year old a/c unit that quit working last fall. We knew the second a/c unit wasn't going to last much longer because it was just as old. The quote received from Sparks was so much lower than other companies (that were referred to us by friends) that we thought we must be missing something on the quote, or that the price might be low-balled to get the work, only to get hit with extra work later. Neither were true. When talking with Tim, he explained the company's philosophy and a few of the ways they're able to save money and pass it along. He was very clear in explaining all the different paths we could choose from and listed the pros and cons to each. The help he gave to assist us with our decision tree was invaluable. There were many things we didn't even know to ask or think about. He didn't try to sell us something we weren't interested in and gave recommendations based on our input, and even explained how other avenues would fit for different circumstances. Between the price and the customer service, we hired Sparks to install two a/c and heater units. The techs called the day of scheduled installation to let me know they were on their way and arrived on time. They were very respectful of our home and put shoe-covering booties on while in the house. The techs were great. I'm sure I slowed them down a bit but they were very patient with me and answered every question I had about the install. After installation they walked me through the new units and cleaned up after themselves. I could not say enough good things about my experience with Sparks. Do yourself a favor and have them quote your work.
I called Sparks Heating and Air on a Sunday morning. It was 16 degrees outside and our furnace had stopped working. A technician arrived at my house within an hour. He was very professional and wore shoe covers, which I appreciate. He was able to diagnose and solve the problem in about 30 minutes. Our house is heating back up and my wife and I are grateful to Sparks Heating and Air! Thank you!
This company was amazing and so concerned about their customers and making sure they are taken care of. I had no heat and the temperature was 18 degrees. I had a technician to my house within 2 hours and new furnace installed within 4 hours. I could not be more happy and I would recommend this company for heating and A/C needs. A+ service. 😊
Wow! I am so impressed. I asked in a Facebook group for recommendations to get my furnace looked at. I had a really bad experience with the last company. Tim Sparks reached out to me directly and was able to get me on the schedule very quickly. The person that came was so kind, explained and showed me everything, and did a really great job of making sure everything was okay with my unit. He was so kind and patient. They made the whole experience very easy and as pleasant as possible. They have earned a customer for life. I will gladly make a referral for this company any time. I've had Sparks Heating and Air over to my home twice to do seasonal maintenance (in both the spring and the fall). I've experienced prompt, wonderful service and professionalism on both occasions. I appreciate that the tech (I think his name was Kipp) simply performed the maintenance service and reassured me that my system was still in good shape!
I'm a Realtor and was having a really hard time finding an HVAC company that would 1. set an appointment in the next 30 days before closing and 2. Actually show up to their set appointment. Was really hitting a wall. Thankfully, Sparks was recommended to me! Tim and Jake truly saved the day for my client, squeezing us in very quickly to do a great installation. Very happy!
The original installer needed to return several times as the work he performed was shoddy and unprofessional. I learned a few months later (when the weather turned cold) my furnace had been installed but the gas switch was not put to the “on” position (kind of important). Also learned the the gas pressure valve on the new furnace was for lower altitude units (I live at 6000 feet). The technician said he would return with an upgraded valve in a few days. It took over a month of me following up via text and phone calls to get the technician to return with the correct part. Very frustrating experience and I’m still not confident the HVAC unit and furnace were installed correctly.
I had an AC installed in my house that previously did not have one. I got multiple bids and Sparks Heating and Air had the best price. Great customer service! The staff was very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend them.
If youre looking for HVAC services in the area look no further. I had broken my furnace trying to change thermostats and had another company come out first and was quoted $1200 for repair saying 2 control boards were needing replacement. Had Sparks come out for a second quote and all that needed to be done was replace a fuse on the furnace control board. Took the guy only a few minutes and he helped be get the new thermostat setup as well for basically nothing. Super grateful for their service, if i need any HVAC maintenance or replacements in the future I know where ill be going.

These guys took such good care of us!! From the start, Tim provided us with awesome service. We had a swamp cooler previously and wanted A/C. When they came out to quote us, they also quoted us for a new furnace. We didn’t know all of it was connected (total newbies). We ended up having four companies give us quotes and Sparks had the fairest price and best quality products compared to the other companies. Tim answered so many questions that we had, too. When we pulled the trigger and got scheduled, it was maybe two days after we told Tim we were ready-they were so quick! They ran into a couple bumps during installation that they needed additional parts for, which they took care of quickly, too. We’ve had the new setup for a few weeks now and we think the air quality in our home honestly feels completely different (for the better)! I can’t recommend Sparks enough. We would definitely use them again in future homes! Thank you, Tim!!
