I hired MileHi HVAC to replace my parents' furnace, AC and hot water heater after they were recommended by my realtor. I have nothing but great things to say about this company. I contacted them on a weekend about getting an estimate. They promptly sent me a preliminary quote via email, and since it was within a reasonable price range for me, I asked to have an in person estimate scheduled. 48 hours later, Shaun came over and completed an in person estimate. He was extremely detailed, spent time with us answering questions and wasn't pushy at all. He was miles ahead of other estimators who came over in his knowledge and attention to detail. Once we accepted the estimate, our work was scheduled a week later and took just under a day and a half. The installers, Steve and Jesse, were both fantastic. They were knowledgeable, personable, hard working, took pride in their work, and went above and beyond cleaning up afterwards. Billing was straightforward and without any surprise costs. We are very happy with the quality of the installation, and the new systems were a huge improvement. I plan to hire this company in the near future to replace my own furnace as well. This company should change nothing about their business model and pricing if this is how well they treat all their customers.

Hired MileHi HVAC to install a new dual fuel heat pump system. Steven and his helper Jesse were exemplary in their install. Lines are run very cleanly, sheet metal work is good, exterior penetrations are done well. They cleaned up the area they were working in better than it likely was to begin with. Steven walked me through everything when he was done, explained how to service unit and what to watch for. Can't recommend them enough as far as three install goes. The only drawback is that the office can sometimes take a while to respond, but given that they are a smaller local company that is understandable.

Extremely professional reliable very efficient and very neat , great personality. Answered all my questions in detail. Steve and Jesse are great.

Shaun did the estimate and Steve did the installation of a new heater, ac unit, steam humidifier, new wifi thermostat and tankless water heater. I was impressed with the timely installation, quality of the work and price. I would recommend them.

Very happy with our service. Steven and Donny showed up early, answered all of our questions and did a great job with the installation especially being how small our crawl space is. Eric did a great job with the estimate and letting us know what to expect. We will definitely be using Milehi Hvac again in the future.

I hired Milehi HVAC to install a new furnace, A/C and hot water heater in my 120 year old home. I had a lot of communication with Joanie before making the decision to move forward (I had 4 other companies competing for the job). Ultimately, the value and trustworthy feeling I got from Joanie, Tracy and Milehi HVAC made the decision easy. Today was installation day and Steven and Donnie did an amazing job from the start. They communicated very well and gave me confidence the job would be done right. Steven brought me outside to the new A/C location and asked my permission to go above and beyond to make sure our new A/C unit would be completely level. This required extra work that was not originally accounted for, but they did not charge anything additional. This made me feel even better about our decision to work with Milehi. Donnie was very helpful and communicated updates all throughout the day. He talked me through the updating of our thermostat and went the extra mile to make sure I understood what was happening throughout the day. When the job was done, Steven walked me through every bit of the job they did. I don’t know a lot about HVAC systems but it was very obvious he took pride in his work and did things the right way. Before he left, we had one last call with Joanie to talk through the job and made sure we felt good about the work. This is one of the biggest jobs we’ll ever have done on our house and therefore made it a very stressful decision, but Milehi has been amazing to work with every step of the way!

Had a quote from 1-3, came from work on my lunch to make the appointment. They called me at 3:30 to tell them they were on the way, very unprofessional and poor communication. Lost my business

MileHi HVAC was great to work with and Steven and Donny were professional and efficient installers. It took some work and modification to go from an old gas hot water heater to a hybrid heat pump water heater and they made everything seem smooth.

I had a water heater install with this company. They were great to work with came the next day, they were on time, very professional and my father is a retired plumber and can't install anymore but looked over the work and was impressed with there work and pricing that came in cheaper then what I expected. It was a great experience.

We needed our water heater replaced immediately. We got a ridiculous quote from another company before we called Mile Hi. They were quick to respond and very fair and knowledgeable with the information we needed. They did not try to over sell us and were able to come out right away. The installers that came out were very professional and efficient not to mention very kind. We would 100% recommend this company and will be using them again in the future.

Wow! What a great experience with MileHiHVAC! We needed to replace our water heater and Tracy was quick to get us quotes on a few options. The pricing was fair and inline with quotes we received from the big box stores. The installer arrived on time and and finished the job almost an hour faster than the communicated timeframe. Super professional. Tracy made sure all the proper permits were pulled with the city, and followed-up afterwards to make sure everything was perfect with us. I highly recommend MileHiHVAC and they will be the first on our list for any HVAC needs in the future. Thank you for all you do!

MileHi HVAC to the rescue! I still cant believe how quickly this all came together. My kitchen flooded, with piped gallons of water down into the furnace completely destroying it. That same day they had a team member out to inspect the damage. The following morning they were on site removing the old furnace, and installing a new one. Steven and Donny were fantastic. Personable, knowledgeable, and they made quick work of the task. I forget the name of the tech who initially came out(Paul?) and the lady who handled the scheduling but the entire team was great to work with. 10/10 would recommend!

Wanted to come back and give another outstanding review for these folks. They came out and helped on a frigid day when we lost heat b/c our new thermostat wasn't working with the furnace they installed recently. They sent folks out to help us twice - didn't leave us out in the cold and made sure the job got done! Would give a sixth star if I could.

Steven, Donny, and Vlad were great! They were thorough, really easy to work and communicate with, and got us fixed up without any issue. There installed a new air conditioner, furnace, and water heater in one day. MileHi charges very reasonable prices and we would be happy to hire them again.
