I would highly recommend Mercury Heat & Air. Our AC stopped working. We called Mercury and they sent somebody out that day to diagnose the problem. So many diagnostic services are a glorified sales pitch. But not their diagnostic! Their diagnostic was thorough and Taylor, the first technician to come out, really seemed to be trying to solve our problem and figure out what was wrong with our unit. Thankfully, he did find the problem and the very next day, Taylor, Ray, and Todd came out to repair our AC unit and get it working again. All three of the technicians were incredibly professional, took time to explain what was happening, and worked quickly to get our AC unit back up and running. I also appreciated that all three of them, but especially Ray, were upfront about costs and worked hard to find us the cheapest solution to the problem. Other HVAC techs we've worked with have tried to upsell solutions we don't need. Greatly appreciate the honesty and customer service provided. We will keep Mercury's number and will definitely call them again for our future HVAC needs.
On the coldest day in winter, February 2022, Ray came right out to check on our furnace which quit working. He installed a furnace and hot water heater in one day, and gave us what felt like a fair, honest price. He took pride in his work, and left the space clean. We've enjoyed the hot water and hot air all winter and spring, so when our HVAC quit working, we called Ray right away. Similarly, he installed a brand new, higher end, larger unit, and it is freezing in our house now! Just in time for the heat of summer. He is friendly, professional, and we will always go back to Ray and Mercury Heat and Air.
Mercury Heat and Air was reliable and professional. Ray and Taylor were courteous and knowledgeable and took care of my heating and air conditioning issues right away. I will be using them for any needs in the future.
I highly recommend Mercury Heat & Air!. We had a whole home humidifier installed yesterday. The entire process from my initial phone call, providing a timely and fair quote to installation was under 1 week! Incredible! They were responsive, were on time and genuinely good to work with. Jennifer who answers the phones was courteous and flexible. Ray, who provided our quote and did the install was very nice, respectful and provided a high level of communication. Thank you very much!
Ray was super excellent! He was quick, professional, and prompt to respond. He was able to provide a service that he quoted much lower than competitors. I will definitely use them again!
Within 2 minutes of requesting a quote I received a direct phone call and spoke to a super friendly person who was able to schedule same day service for a new garbage disposal. The gentlemen came later that afternoon punctual, professional and also very friendly. They were quick to install the disposal in our kitchen and were also very tidy and clean. Everything was wrapped up and I'm super happy with the garbage disposal they installed. HIGHLY recommend this business. 5 out of 5 stars!
I called Mercury to fix my daughter's AC. Ray was nothing short of amazing! He was dispatched immediately on a Saturday and fixed the problem, very professional and easy to work with, pricing affordable as well. Before you call any other company give these people a chance first! Will be scheduling air duct cleaning on Monday. THANK YOU RAY!!!!!
I called Mercury about our whole house humidifier having potential issues and no questions asked they sent somebody out in fifteen minutes to check on it. Service is excellent!
Patrick and his team were fantastic, they installed and disposed of a garbage disposal. They were on-time, clean and did the job very quickly. Patrick was very quick to respond to my request and very easy to work with, I would highly recommend them for your project!
I highly recommend this company. From Patrick to Ray, Neil, they are professional, fast and fair. They are fair on their prices, they are professional and get the job done. They are amazing, friendly and helped us save money as well as got us the best deals. If you need help on your house please contact them. They are the real deal and they are honest. I am so glad we went with Mercury for our new AC system. Ray showed up quickly with a mask on for a quote and answered all my questions. We got a quote within a day, which took some companies weeks to get to us. The quote was extremely reasonable. Ray and Ryan came and set up the system over 2 very hot days within a couple of days of us asking for a date (some companies had up to a 4 week wait list). They were friendly, clean, and did a great job setting up our system and fixing some existing issues in our ducts for free. We couldn’t be happier with them!
I've used Mercury twice now--once to replace a furnace on a Sunday in February and a second time to fix an AC unit that had the fan motor seize up in July. Between the two service calls, I've dealt with Pat, Ray, Neil, and Ryan and they have all been great. I think what I appreciate most is that they have been extremely honest and fair when they could have added emergency surcharges. I highly recommend them for their responsiveness, professionalism and honesty. Plus they're just friendly guys.

I recommend this company 100%! From the owner Pat to his employees Ray and Ryan who worked tirelessly to find out why the new a/c unit they installed kept freezing over. Ray and Ryan put in a lot of hard work and hours only to find it was another Heating and Plumbing company's mistake. They are definitely dedicated to say the least and I am forever grateful to have my new ac working in these hot days of summer!! Thanks again Ray and Ryan!!!
