Great experience. Almost immediate appointment, courteous phone interaction, and tech was right on time, professional, explained what he was doing, and no BS. HVAC is inherently expensive so be prepared for that.
Employees were responsive, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. Someone was sent the same day I called. Others are scheduled to follow up and have already called to make appointments starting the following day for the extra work needed and an estimate.

Horizon continues to do business like many of us remember, but have trouble finding today. Always responsive, on time, knowledgeable, taking time to help my anxious doggie become more comfortable, & they know how to do their job & communicate all along the way. How nice! Kathy J

Horizon is consistently responsive to our needs, particularly when heating or hot water is malfunctioning in the middle of winter. We can’t say enough about the timeliness and quality of their work, and we have been calling on them for over 15 years.
The entire experience was great! They replaced our 40 year old furnace with a new one, which we love! Everyone was so knowledgeable and professional from the techs that came to Carolyn who explained everything to us! I never felt pressured and the information I needed to choose the right furnace for our needs! Thank you!

Overpriced service. Tried to charge $2500 for $675 part. Took 4 visits and $600 to fix a toilet. Some technicians don't seem to be knowledgeable.
A handsome Boilerman Named Scot came for our annual maintenance on two separate boilers which he completed promtly after discussing with scot a area of our house that was cold he suggested moving the thermostat to a different location that worked like a charm. So we now have a comfortable warm house. This began at 8 Am sunday morning so this Co. Is concerned about their clients. Bravo Tom and Scot ( the master griller.) Thanks Bill and Joan.

Jonathan came out and serviced our aging boiler. He did a good job just as in previous years. He also provided estimates for potential future repairs and here I can't readily reconcile the numbers provided. For example, to replace a broken kick heater, which is available from Home Depot for less than $400, the estimated complete replacement cost was about 7 times as high. I understand labor and profit is part of it. But we are talking one electrical connection, and two solder joints, along with partially draining and then refilling this particular hot water loop. It is at most a partial day's work. Does that really require labor cost of over $2000?
Both techs were great. Called late on Friday afternoon, they worked until my boiler was fixed. On a cold night too. Thanks.

Very responsive and high quality installation. Expensive, but given the situation, necessary expense.
Scott was friendly and professional. He went about his work well and kept me informed. At the end he went over all that he had done. The best part of his report was that the system is functioning well...No needed repairs. He also pointed out the there has been a code change with regard to the gas valve leading to the furnace. However, that did not mean I would have to change it out at this time.
Dan the repair man came over early but called first to make sure we were ready. He was great with our dog, very knowledgeable and got to work. He was able to fix our humidifier at a reasonable cost and was honest about how our system was running. This is the first time using this company but will use them in the future if we need anything else.
Knowlegeable and customer oriented service. Tested and verified that hot water radiant heating system was working and explained how the system worked to us. Great Service!
