I really like Front Range but this individual got here, early, that’s wonderful, but five minutes after getting here, he had to use our bathroom and then proceed to leave the seat up!!! Stop and go before you get here!

We recently had FRMS replace the furnace and install AC into a home we purchased. We got quotes from about 7 different companies and contractors in the area, and FRMS was by far the highest quality experience from end to end. Steve (the owner) showed up with documents and specific research about my house. He spent the time to walk me through what his recommendation was, why he was recommending it, and the engineering considerations he weighed when making the decision. He also went through the options we had for equipment, with pros and cons, as well as his experience with each company throughout his lengthy career in the field. On the day of the installation, Steve's team showed up on time, prepared, and with a clear understanding of what they were doing for my house. There was no stress or extra effort on my part to make sure the work was being done correctly and to the specifications we decided on. The crew that showed up was also incredible. They were well staffed - not 2 people sprinting through the work to get it done. The work was completed ahead of schedule, and even included extra things that were not originally scoped in our quote because it was the right thing to do. The quality of the work is excellent. No cut corners or shortcuts were taken. The work looks great, is done beyond the requirements for code, and is going to last a long time. The price wasnt the lowest quote we received, but it also wasn't the highest and the equipment installed (Amana) is much higher quality than what the other quotes in a similar price range were offering. The company provides a service warranty for their work, and have been around long enough to prove they stand by it. All throughout the project they reiterated to me to not hesistate to call if I needed anything. Quality and care throughout the whole process. I'll recommend them to everyone I know.

Jeff is AMAZING! I needed a furnace repair and I had an idea of what may be wrong with it but I did not want to make the problem worse after a (what appeared to be expensive) failed attempt at resolving the issue myself. I called to get something scheduled within the week, the repair was scheduled for the same day - in 2 hours after my call. In fact, Jeff got to my home an hour early. He was knowledgeable, quick, friendly, but I think the best thing about him was it felt like he listened to me. As a homeowner, I tend to try and fix things myself to save a few bucks. I try to research and do my best so by the time [if] I need to call someone, I have tried several things and I can relay the information I have to whomever is helping me. Sometimes, I feel that my information is discarded due to me just being the customer which I can understand. However, that was not the case with Jeff. He listened, educated me on what went wrong and why, and also helped me confidently know what to look for when I am trying to self-diagnose if there is a next time. Gas and electricity are NOT things I will ever feel comfortable with DIY'ing so while the repair would have been cheaper myself, honestly, the peace of mind and getting someone with training not from a Youtube video is worth the minor upcharge; the price was still within reason. I called this company on a random Google search; they were local and in business for a long time with good ratings. Going forward, I will only be calling this company for all of my heating/cooling things!! Great job!

Steve Korff and his team installed my system (furnace and A/C) 10 years ago. I paid a bit more than other quotes but have never been happier. In my book you need quality equipment and quality people with solid values. A business needs both or they will fail if they only have 1 of the 2. I had 2 maintenance issues directly related to me as a homeowner. Instead of a $300 service call or whatever companies charge now; Barbara walked me through both issues over the phone and taught me maintenance practices and remedies which was extremely valuable. Their counsel fixed my issue both times and at no cost to me. Their values run deeply through their company. They always get my recommendation and referrals. If i could give them 10 stars I would. I have been using FRMS for a couple years and they’ve always been courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. This past week however, they went above and beyond. We were just home from the hospital with our newborn when the heat went out in the middle of the night in 15 degree weather. The FRMS team moved around schedules and sent Jeff over to diagnose the issue on a Thursday afternoon. Knowing that we wouldn’t have heat overnight as the temperature continued to drop, Jeff gave us space heaters (this was so kind), came back first thing Friday morning, and had the heat back on within an hour. Jeff was great this is a very trustworthy group (Barbara and Steve are also super helpful)- I will continue giving them my business whenever needed.

In January 2022 we reached out to see if we could receive an estimate to remove our boiler system and install ductwork and HVAC systems in our attic and basement. I was told I would receive a call back the following day as the individual who would come to our house was not in that day. Over a week later my wife called them again and was able to get ahold of Steve to coordinate a date for them to come out. On January 13th we had Steve over to look at our house and what it would take to install the HVAC systems and duct work in our house. He said there were several options that we could do, and would give us a detailed write up in a couple of weeks explaining the options and quoting us for each option. After not hearing anything back for over a month my wife called Steve back and spoke to him, and he explained that due to equipment shortages he was going to wait until July to provide the quote information. I then called back August 2nd 2022 to see if we could be provided the quotes we were told we would receive in January, and later July. I was told that Steve was out that day and would hear from him the next day. This was still not the case. I called again today 8/17/22 and was then told that what we were asking for was too complicated for their crews to do and they would respectfully decline to take on our project. To be honest this is very unprofessional for a refutable company that claims they have all in house services (plumbers, electricians, and HVAC professionals) to be told they cannot (or will not) take on a project. The most unprofessional part of this is not hearing this from the owner, and not receiving a call back, and after 8 months of waiting to be told this without any explanation. I do not doubt that others have had good experiences with this company but I cannot express how deeply disappointed I am with the experience I had with them.

We had someone come out for an estimate almost 8 months ago, and at first the guy said he was waiting to see how long it would take to get all the parts before giving us an estimate. Months went by and we decided to try to get in contact. My husband called twice last week and the woman who answered the phone said the guy was out and would call back. He never called back. Then today my husband called again, and the lady said that her boss told her the job was too complicated and they had to respectfully decline to do it. There was nothing respectful about this entire situation. It would have been nice to know they weren't going to help us 8 months ago. This business has the Jesus fish and gives a bad name to Christian business owners. We're Christians and I'm embarrassed to associate myself with this place in that regard. Rude. Unprofessional. Would not recommend to even my enemy. Save yourself and try somewhere else!

My A/C unit has not been working for 5 years. The techician that came to my home took apart my A/C unit to properly diagnose the issue instead of pushing the sale of a new unit. He explained what was wrong and replaced the part for a reasonable fee. No one else who came to my home took the time that the Front Range techinician did. I do need to replace the unit, and will eventually do so!

We were referred to Front Range Mechanical Services by a friend and we were VERY PLEASED with the experience! We called another company first and received an incredibly high estimate and were charged a trip fee for that other company to come out so we reached out to Front Range Mechanical Services for a second opinion. Steve (The Owner) came out to speak with us, he had done his research on our property, and educated us on the options available to us. He provided a quote (MUCH more competitive than the initial company we called) but let us know that our furnace was 28 years old. (The previous company did not even mention this.) From there, Steve walked us through the different manufacturers, technologies, efficiencies, etc. so we had a good baseline understanding. No high pressure sales tactics, just a genuine person and company trying to help the every day person. Not only did they have the materials and equipment IN STOCK but their team was early to the appointment window and were incredibly courteous. Overall an incredible experience and very competitively priced. I would highly recommend Front Range Mechanical Services to anyone of my friends and family.

This company came out twice, and completely missed a large gaping hole in the exhaust pipe that was letting carbon monoxide into the home. I have pictures. They also failed to clean the air conditioning coil that they charged a $150 for-more pictures. Then wrote quote for a new furnace, but said the homeowner needs to pull the permit witch probably means they don’t have a license to pull one themselves. Amateur Hour Update-I have the right company, and a photo of the invoice to prove it. Photos on yelp review. The hand writing is barely legible but the name, address, phone number match. Invoice #023751 on 2/11/19 ring a bell??

FRMS is a “five star plus” company! Jeff S. arrived early, diagnosed the water problem with my humidifier and took corrective action after discussing the problem/solution with me.
