Carlos came out to get my AC going. He is extremely professional and knowledgeable! He explained the issues to me in a manner I could understand and had my air running again in no time. My AC unit is extremely old and hopefully I can replace it this summer. I really appreciate having it running so I have time to figure out financing. Thank you again Carlos!!!!!!

I do not recommend this company. Their work is subpar and over priced. Their record keeping is non-existent as well.
Top notch installers for sure. However, the business name has the word discount in it and they are a bit pricey!! Be aware..
They are great when they finally show up, I was cancelled 4 times and then was told I was first to call when weather is better. I had to call them.
Tommy at Colorado discount is a great guy—friendly, professional, competent, and he does terrific work! He came up with a great solution for a major problem with our house for a very reasonable price, and in the process taught me a lot that is already helping with some other home projects. He listens, seems to genuinely care, and clearly takes pride in helping people. We were having issues with low flow from our furnace, and constant dust problems. When we hired another company to come out and clean our ducts, we were told the problem was we had ZERO air returns in the house. ?! Apparently whoever flipped the house just walled over all the returns. Naturally, we had no pressure, and the only air that was getting into our furnace was coming from cracks in the old system—blowing dust from inside the walls and crawlspace through our house. Some people, right? Anyway, the company we called to clean our ducts couldn’t do anything about it. I called Applewood plumbing, they said they would not do anything that would involve cutting holes in the house or installing actual ducts. We called THREE other companies, one of which sent a couple of guys who reeked of cigarettes. They seemed very willing to knock some holes in the walls, but didn’t inspire confidence. Another company seemed more competent, but also wanted to cut into multiple walls. When we decided to move forward with the project, that company ghosted us for three months, ignoring several phone calls. But then I found Colorado discount, and Tommy came up with a great solution. He was human, friendly, and professional. After really listening to the problem and analyzing our situation, he located one large floor return in a central hall instead of several smaller wall returns. This gave us great Airflow, at a much lower price, and with far less construction worries. It’s a small house, and the solution was right for the size of our home and our budget. I worked with Tommy and Carlos who both were extremely professional when replacing an A/C, Furnace and water heater. Tommy was not pushy and sold me on an appropriate system that was my best bang for the buck. They turned the job around in 24 hours. I will definitely be using them in the future.
Tommy and his team were amazing! I was in a need of a new A/C unit. Tommy came out, diagnosed the problem and even offered to talk to my home owner warranty company. They were on time, professional and made the process so easy. I highly recommend this company!
Easy and fast scheduling of appointment. The technician, Carlos, was prompt and courteous. He explained system components and reviewed performance data. Very easy to talk with and explained in layman's terms. Company is rated A+ with BBB. I will have them back for seasonal service and any maintenance issue

Our furnace and AC went out late on a Saturday night and we found Colorado Discount Heating and Cooling online. Got an appointment scheduled and Jay was able to come Sunday and diagnose the problem and provide information on a new unit. I then worked with Will to get the quote together and he fought for our business and got us a good deal and scheduled ASAP. Tony and Collin came to install on Tuesday and did a fantastic job and wrapped it up in no time. AC is back up in running in 3 days! *Edit - Carlos came out to replace 2 water shutoff valves for us and did it quickly and explained what he was doing when needed. Confirmed that our air filters were the issue with our furnace stopping while the thermostat still called for heat. Very professional, personable and a pleasure to work with.

Carlos explained some things to me that I was not aware of regarding the use of my thermostat and humidifier. He also disconnected a bypass wire that would make my furnace run more efficiently. Thanks
Tommy and his Team did an outstanding job in identifying and installing a new HVAC system for a very difficult installation having to deal with significant space limitations. Several other heating/ac companies were unable to perform the work. The Team was very professional, neat and kept me informed of their progress. I would highly recommend them.

Service was great! I didn't realize we needed to change our filter and he was super helpful giving some advice about our gas fireplace that was acting up while he was here as well.
CDHC was able to schedule us immediately to troubleshoot our furnace. The technicians, Isaac and Carlos, were professional, knowledgeable and personable. I would highly recommend using CDHC.
Jay was right on time and immediately diagnosed my furnace problem. He communicated with me through all the steps so nothing was a surprise at the end. Very grateful for the prompt and efficient service!!
I texted Colin late on the evening with an urgent request to repair our heating system. He was so prompt in replying and calling is with a follow up and set up an appointment for the next day first thing in the morning. They then also sent a brief resume and the name of the person who would be doing the service. That was awesome to know beforehand! The service was performed by Jay quickly and efficiently and we are all set!! Simply awesome - I highly recommend this business for all HVAC, heating and cooling needs!! Thanks Colin and Jay!
My furnace wouldn’t start up yesterday afternoon. Thermostat was not showing anything. I called Colorado Discount Heating after recommendation of a neighbor. I’m so grateful for the recoand for the company’s response and the service tech Jon. He came out at 8:00 am, and heating going again within a half hour. The. Tom the service rep showed up to see how everything was going. What great service. Highly recommend Colorado Discount Heating and Air service
