Joseph was super friendly and knowledgeable talking me through what could be wrong with the system. Performed a quick diagnosis and repair and had the ac running great in short order. Also provided tips for general maintenance. Good value for service.
Joseph and his company were truly a pleasure to do business with and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for mini split installation or service. We have an old house and needed a complete AC and heating solution (8 Daikin interior units and 4 exterior units) and Joseph and his team executed the plan to perfection, with a very clean install, on an an older home. Communication A+, value A+, we will definitely look to Joseph in the future in we ever need mini split systems or service.
Joseph did an amazing job fixing my split unit. He’s a straight shooter and upfront. He fixed my unit and I’d use him again if ever needed.
Very fair pricing compared to other quotes AND seemed to priced the best value. Joe is not afraid to jump right in and get after it. What I liked best about Joe was that he helped us strategize the most efficient and cost effective way to set up the external condenser units and the head units. This 100% helped us keep costs down. You don't find service people like this very often anymore. We had an issue with an AC unit that we couldn't figure out. Joseph not only diagnosed and fixed the multiple problems, he went the extra mile to try and insure they didn't happen again. We will be using this service again for sure. And super friendly too! Top notch.
I can’t recommend Joseph enough! We needed an additional indoor unit installed for our Daikin mini split system, and he had us up and running in no time. The estimate he gave us over the phone was accurate and fair, and when he showed up to do the work he was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will be calling Joseph exclusively for any future repairs/maintenance. Glad to have found someone fair, trustworthy, and just a genuinely good person!
I can't recommend Joseph enough! He helped us install a minisplit in our house at literally a third of the cost of what several big name companies quoted us. He was efficient, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. We really felt like we were in great hands from start to finish!
I contacted Joseph HVAC to get ideas on cooling (n/a) / heating (baseboard) my property. He was extremely helpful and used his knowledge to recommend the best options. We are very pleased with the result!
They came on time and had an efficient system installing everything - carefully and cleanly! - and was done in about an hour! They cleaned and sterilized our vents and then central AC. Once they were finished, they explained to us how to operate everything and made sure we asked all our questions. Overall a great experience with Joseph and his team!
These guys really go the extra mile. we used them for a few jobs over the years on our homes HVAC system, but this last job was different. My AC went out in the heat of summer, they came quickly and found the issue (or so we thought). After this first repair, the AC went out again. They came back again, quickly and at no extra charge to see what went wrong. Long story short, it ended up taking a few more visits, BUT these guys really went above and beyond to keep us cool and fix the issue once and for all. They were patient with me, In the end, they fixed our AC and were very reasonable in their pricing. They are honest and reliable and if they don't know whats wrong they will tell so and offer a different solution. Don't bother looking for anyone else, you won't find anyone better, thank you Joseph!
Joseph was informative, friendly and personable. He has a great sense of humor. From start to finish, the entire installation took less than s day. They worked efficiently, and the end result was a solid installation of a top quality new HVAC Daikin System.

I had a fantastic experience with Joseph Mini-split and HVAC service. I needed a HVAC technician to come out and inspect my AC system,I suspected that the system was not working properly. I submitted an internet query and heard back from them within one day. The person I spoke to was super friendly and helpful in explaining what was involved. I had to call back to reschedule and it was not a problem whatsoever. I was given a window of 9am to 12pm for the person to show. I received both a text message and a call from Joesph around 40 minutes ahead of time to let me know his ETA. Joseph was really so friendly, we briefly discussed what he was planning to do and what I would like him to checkt. He worked quickly and quietly. He checked the entire system and even provided me with some minor parts that were missing.
Joseph was great. Our A/C cut out just as it heated up this summer. They came the same. The technician was unafraid of getting dirty to diagnose the problem. We recently had a renovation done, and our contractors had run the system collecting a ton of dust and debris. So when we turned it on, the fan motor immediately burned out. Our A/C had an uncommon circuit board, so they had to order it. But, once it was available the technician that came worked almost all day cleaning out & servicing the unit and installing the new parts. We are very appreciative, and the A/C is working better than ever. Many thanks!
Joe was extremely responsive and communicative. He came out same-day when our units were not heating during a snowstorm and helped diagnose our issue. Would highly recommend Joe for mini splits; these seem to be more niche products where his expertise helps quickly get to the bottom of issues.

After looking at the inside of my mini split unit, I was able to see a lot of mold and dirt built up that I was not able to reach not clean, Joseph came out and pressured washed the entire indoor unit and took the entire thing apart for deep a cleaning, once he was finished the bucket he used to collect the water was full of dirt, I could not believe that past few years we where breathing bad air.
