Great, honest service. Used them in 2019 to replaced a failed capacitor in my AC. Used them again in 2023 to replace my furnace, ac and power humidifier. Outstanding job by Tony and Anthony, highly recommend!
We've used them for annual HVAC maintenance and most recently for certifying our furnace system as part of our buyer's contract. This team is amazing! They are incredibly honest, fair and reliable. I would and have recommended them to family and friends time and time again. If you want quality work, then hire SRT.

Just had the best experience with Tony and SRT HVAC. My sister sent me Tony's card who helped her with her AC when our heating/ac system wouldn't turn on. He was super personable, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and on time. I reached out Sunday they got back to me Monday and came Tuesday to take a look. He fixed the issue quickly and was in and out. Great customer service local and honest. I would definitely recommend to anyone and will continue to use Tony and SRT as our go to HVAC company.
I have used several HVAC services in the past 4yrs. This was my 1st time using SRT and I will now will only use this company. They are honest with you and not trying to make a overinflated buck. If it’s a $50 fix, then it’s a $50 fix and not a $200 fix. They only want the work done correctly and for you to be happy with their work. It can take years to find a honest HVAC company; I can safely say I have found one here. Thank you.

Called to get help but apparently they dont help people who have ms and fibro who need help immediately. They were rude very rude.
Tony and his team are exceptional. They did an amazing job helping us figure out the issue and took extra time to help us troubleshoot our Nest system. They are professional and kind, hard workers.

Really appreciate SRT getting us on their calendar as quickly as they did during this streak of 90-100 degree days to open the dampers in our hvac ducts so we could get AC to the second floor. They were the only ones willing to come out in a short timeframe and they even cleaned the outside unit which had sucked in cottonwood tree stuff. We really appreciate them snd would highly recommend!!
SRT is very honest and they never tried to upsell me on anything. Kim and Tony were great to work with and they've been upfront. They got my AC running again and I'll continue to support this small business.
SRT HVAC has saved my bacon twice in two years. They are a local small business who takes care of their neighbors. They make an honest assessment of the problem, and only perform the work needed to get back in operation as fast as possible. Kim, Tony, and Anthony are the best!

I wanted to update my review based on our most recent (1/21) excellent interaction with Kim and Tony of SRT. As Google wouldn’t let me write another review, I wanted to edit my earlier review and just add that once again, we were so pleased with the level of customer service and the thoroughness of the diagnosis and repair of our heating system. We wouldn’t ever consider calling any other company for an HVAC issue. Can’t say enough good things about SRT HVAC. Several weeks ago, we thought we had a problem with our furnace and called SRT. It turned out that it was thermostat that came loose and wasn’t transmitting information. SRT diagnosed the problem, re-set the thermostat and did not charge anything for the service. They also let me know that eventually the thermostat would need to be replaced. When the thermostat starting acting up again, I decided to replace it with a Nest. As things never go as easily as planned, after I installed the new thermostat it wasn’t working. Another call to SRT, and another house call where again there was no charge. When I offered to pay for the house call, I was told they really hadn’t done anything! I know that the issue wasn’t major and had to do with the initial Nest set-up, but the fact that they came to the house and fixed the problem meant they may have missed another business opportunity. Unbelievable in this day and age to find a company who operate in such a thoroughly honorable manner with this level of integrity. I know going forward, they are my “go-to” company.
