They came out looked at it, claimed it was unfixable, and tried to sell me a new furnace for $7k and charged me $59.00 for their time. I decided to get a second opinion. My tenant spent another cold night until Talmich came and repaired it for $225 the next day.

The tech fixed the problem. But didn't call me back. Nor did the company. Oh and there is no Wright Indoor. They closed and another company takes care of their customers

Not worth your time. After a sale you'll never hear from them again.

Had to replace a cupler and a few other important needs for my heater about a year ago. They accepted payments for my unexpected emergency.Technicians were well educated, informative and very respectful. Will always refer them to a friend.

Air Pros took over Wright’s and told us they would honor Wright’s warranties. Our warranty was not honored. They put in a new part and that part has a new warranty. They do not have a local address, the last we heard their phone center is in Florida. When the repair man came to our home, he was driving a Wright’s truck. He gave us his cell phone number for a contact, but it was out of service when we called. Several phone calls to the “manager” went unanswered. We are dissatisfied.

THIS IS NOT WRIGHT TOTAL INDOOR COMFORT ANYMORE! DO NOT USE AIR PROS HVAC SERVICES!!! TECHNICIAN DID NOT PERFORM ALL DUTIES AND TRIED TO SCAM ME! Air Pros was recently written up in the Gazette Business section. Our actual experience with them was AWFUL! In May we scheduled our yearly air conditioner check as per our maintenance agreement with Wright Total Indoor Comfort. Our appointment was for July 16th between 3:00 and 6:00pm. About 1:30 a worker arrived in an Air Pros Van. We received NO notification that the worker was on the way or that they were going to be early. The worker showed up with NO Badge, Clipboard, or Workorder. Only a shirt that said Air Pro and a Van wrapped in AirPro signage. The worker informed me that Air Pro had bought Wright and taken over performing the maintenance agreements. The worker had a mask around his neck but never once put it on our even asked if I wanted him to. The technician spent less than 30 minutes checking my system. Previous inspections done by Wright had always taken at least an hour and a half. After checking the air conditioner unit, he told me that our system was low on freon and would need recharged and the cost would be $350. He stated more than once that if the system was not recharged that our condenser would burn out and that would be very expensive to fix. I felt that he was pressuring me. The worker told me that a return visit be have an extra $95 dollar charge but got that waived by his office. I told him that I would have to call to set up another appointment after speaking with my husband. The Technician gave me his PERSONAL cell number instead of a company number and left without leaving an invoice or checklist for the maintenance that should have been done. Oh, remember that he had repeatedly warned me against running the AC before it was recharged, or we might burn out the condenser? Well he left our thermostat set at 68 so that it ran continually until we checked it. I was not comfortable with the

I used to work for Wright under previous ownership. The new owners (AIR PROS USA) put out an article saying that they were going to maintain all staff and technicians. I called to inquire about my job (was laid off due to covid) and was told to call back the next week. No answer and no call back! So they are apparently not keeping us on as employees and apparently not taking responsibility on previous work for our customers. I’m so sorry to anyone who has spent money with this company. Ridiculous. Very unprofessional.

This company is under new ownership and management and they are terrible. It is really sad what they have done to this staple in the community. I would never recommend.

Had to change this review. HVAC system installed less than a year ago. A/C calibration needed to await the spring and when they came out said everything was fine. Today we have dripping from the PVC pipe to the floor drain and I called the after hours number FOUR TIMES IN TWO HOURS and have not been contacted. It is now after midnight and began before 10 .... Just learned the company went out of business. Obviously I am completely sympathetic with the difficulties we are all facing, but businesses cannot just leave people high and dry.

Apparently this company, which previously provided great service, has been bought out. None of the appointments transferred, and although the service agreements are being honored, our May appointment for A/C service now can’t be done until July. Very upset! Poor customer service!

We were promised three years of servicing included but when you call to get it scheduled, they blow you off and tell you it'll be two months out. Management was extremely rude and now it looks like I'll have to have another company come service it (so the warranty isn't voided) before I file a lawsuit for the cost. Do yourself a favor and use another company. They'll tell you whatever you want to hear to get you to make the deal but after that, they don't care about you.

If I could give a zero I would. I called to schedule my yearly AC service. Two months out? Unacceptable. Increase your capacity. We purchased an AC, furnace and water heater within the span of about six months early last year and have a contract for three years of AC and furnace services. I expect that to be honored within a timely manner and the way I was treated was completely unacceptable. The "manager" was extremely disrespectful and rose her voice with me when I requested some sort of resolution. This is not the way a business should be ran. My husband even phoned to gain some further information and when she found out who he was she instantly rose her voice with him. Then a general manager phoned my husband and began to curse at him when he asked for business address. Stated to find it online. Aren't you supposed to provide that when asked? It seems like you're hiding something.

Great experience. Shawn identified the problem quickly and was able to get replacement parts immediately. Within a couple of hours my boiler heater was working better than it ever had in the past (I've had it for eight years). Wright was able to schedule my appointment same day and arrived as planned. I'd absolutely recommend them.
