I had 5 different estimates for AC units from other "leading" HVAC companies that had great reviews. They all had the same "MODEL" of a sales pitch making it seem like I was getting a DEAL and humidifiers, coils, etc.. were "DISCOUNTED" to make it "affordable". Winterrowd smashed the next lowest bidder by $1,500 dollars! How the HELL can that be???? ANSWER: Rod is an HONEST businessman and his professional experience and character must be his compass that ultimately shapes his business practice and ethics. In a time when "BECAUSE OF COVID" is the standard BULLS##T answer for why price gauging takes places, Rod doesn't allow GREED to influence his ability to earn a fair wage and provide his customers with quality work resulting in a WIN WIN scenario. Any choice other than Winterrowd would be a mistake! Rod exemplifies the small business man that treats his customers with respect and honesty. His crew was second to NONE with friendly professional service. I would HIGHLY recommend Winterrowd Heating and AC for ALL your HVAC needs!!!!!!
I called Winterrowd after getting a quote from another company to repair the heating units at my company. James came out to diagnose the issue. He gave me a much lower quote and came out within the week to do the repairs. James showed me pictures of what needed to be fixed and pictures of what he fixed. There were no hidden costs. I will definitely call again not only for my company but for my home needs as well.

Winterrowd was great. Rodd took the time to answer all my questions and gave me all the information I needed to be able to choose the right furnace for our home when our 25 year old furnace started developing cracks in the heat exchanger. He didn't try to upsell me into anything, and he gave me the best price out of all the quotes I received. His whole team is great too. They kept me informed during the whole installation process, and they were meticulous with making the venting and wiring neat and clean. I would highly recommend Winterrowd for any HVAC needs.

Winterrowd Hearing and Air replaced my thermostat and put in a new furnace. The technician gave me the option of repairing the old unit and told me what that cost would be but I wanted to go ahead and get a new furnace. They helped advise me on the best system but did not pressure me. I highly recommend using Winterrowd Hearing and Air!
I recently used winterrowd for a routine inspection for the first time and knew that I would be using them for all of our HVAC needs moving forward. They were responsive and timely, but also incredibly thorough and spent valuable time educating us on some self care routines that will benefit us for years. Can’t recommend them enough.

Rodd and his team helped me troubleshoot and repair my in-floor radiant heating system. They were there with me the whole way from what do when my water heater failed to helping me find a new water heater quickly.

When my "Home Warranty" company flaked on supporting our failed boiler in the middle of sub-zero temps, Rod was there. We'd used Winterrowd for years in annual boiler tune-ups but at 35 years old there wasn't much to fix. He understood the challenges and did all he could to get our boiler replaced at an extremely generous and reasonable rate. We will definitely continue to ask Rod and his crew into our home.
