Great experience with Western Plumbing. It was easy to schedule, they gave us a 1 hour window and showed up on time. They read what I thought the issue was and sent the right guy for the job. He was competent and friendly. Got the job done (cleaning out a blocked sewer line) quickly and correctly. The bill was reasonable. We'll use them again!

Thanks for the great work that was done by Nick! He is highly professional person who was able right away to identify what was wrong with the toilet and fix it. He explained to me was should be done, so I could understand it. He replied to all my questions with helpful answers and provided great advice on all issues that I asked about. We had a hot water heater that the plumbers at Western Peak plumbing attempted to repair but it was beyond repair. They made several attempts to salvage it but no avail. They installed our new hot water heater professionally. We are very pleased with their service and attention to detail.
Billy did a great job - was very helpful in identifying problem areas in our furnace room in addition to what we had called him for and remedied them quickly and for a fair price. Next time we have a plumbing need, we will definitely call Western Peak.
Johnny came to do routine maintenance on my furnace. He was fast, knowledgeable, and professional. I am very pleased and would highly recommend him for future services!
The problem was they came out they looked they said Yep you have a leak but we don’t work underneath prefab homes so I paid $160 for Yep you’ve got a leak but we can’t do anything about it. The plumber was nice he was congeal. He was very apologetic, that doesn’t do you much good when you’re handed out $160 and you still have a leak. The owner gave me a call that afternoon explaining I should not have been charged $160 and the next morning drove to my house to give me back my check so it’s a brand new company they’re working really hard like I said the plumber they sent out was was professional explained everything, they just don’t do crawlspace is under prefabs.

Very quick and professional. I appreciate that they are customer centered. They messed up a booking and couldn't do the day they came out. They referred to another company with no charge to be able to get it done that day. When we needed them back out to fix issues they were respectful and came out and quickly fixed the issues.
Service was exactly what we needed. They held to the quote despite the job requiring additional time.
Their recent addition of electrical is a great move. They've teamed up with Mark Hall, who is spectacular! He did a whole bunch of overhead lighting and ceiling fans for our house, which really made our home a more comfortable place to be. They are reasonable, attentive, and just do really good work. Can't wait to have Mark come back soon to add some outlets for us!

He took the time to explain how everything works to me and gave me safety tips and things to look out for if I ever run into any issues. I recommend this company and Johnny for future services!
Kevin and Johnny were our installers and they were very professional. They explained what they were doing and when they were doing it. There was a little "time" miscommunication but they cleared it all up and all was well after that. I appreciate them installing the A/C here at my employers office. They double and triple checked everything and even came back a couple days later to make sure the pressure was correct. Thanks!!

Water heater service. Nick was great, less than an hour, gave me piece of mind that I don’t need to replace it anytime soon and offered suggestions to maintain its functionality and longevity. They are so reliable and personable. Very much appreciated.
