I recently had the pleasure of dealing with The Furnace Guy Heating and Cooling for some issues with my AC unit. Richard, the technician, was the one who serviced our unit, and I must commend his knowledge and professionalism. He effortlessly diagnosed the problems with our unit and took the time to explain everything in a manner that was easy for us to understand. His patience, thoroughness, and attention to detail truly set him apart. AC would not turn on and they worked with me to get someone out as quickly as possible. That means a lot and worked out the problem and got it fixed in a timely manner. Thanks for your customer service.
I have used them several times for my furnace and A/C. Recently, my A/C went out - they came on time, changed a part, and serviced it. The rep was professional and polite. The price was reasonable. I recommend them.
When the original tech was running behind they were able to find a tech to complete the job that same day.
Installed a new HVAC system in December. When it got hot & was time to turn on the air conditioner, had some issues that they came & took care of. They had to come out twice. Took the time to answer my questions & explain the process
**Update - I've had the Furnace Guy come out for Heater and A/C maintenance, each time it has been a very smooth & positive experience. Start to finish the whole process was smooth. The installation crew was knowledgeable and very respectful. Did have a hiccup but they quickly solved it and made sure I was satisfied and that everything was working. Price was by far the best I was able to find. So far pretty happy with The Furnace Guy. Strongly recommend

I had the Furnace Guy do an annual check on my boiler heating system last fall and they did a fantastic job. So, I had them come back this spring to check my AC. Again, it was the most complete inspection and maintenance I have ever had on my AC system. Great job!

Man, I wish I could give this place 10 stars! My wife and I had a company install our A/C unit without ever knowing about the Furnace Guy. If we knew about them prior we would have gone with this company! Long story short, the previous company was pretty much screwing us over for lack of a better term and the furnace guy came out and got our A/C working to the best of its ability! Josiah is an insanely nice and very professional guy and that’s how awesome these guys are, very personable, respectful, and knowledgeable on all the hvac products! This is the only company for HVAC services I will be using for the rest of my life! Also Jasmine is a very nice lady and knows how to talk to people over the phone, great job to whoever is hiring these wonderful individuals, love the way you do business!
We go back to Thre Furnace Guy every year to keep the AC working. They are always on time, courteous, informative, and fast. Happy customer!
